I was wondering if other members girth gains usually also kind of come in bursts instead of gradually. It seems that whenever I implement a new technique I gain quickly for a few days and then I will spend some months cementing it. For example when I started clamping doing 3 sets daily in the afternoon I right away gained around 0.2 inch in girth. Then months later I started to do a few more sets in the bathtub at night and gained another 0.1 inch pretty much right away. Then a few months later I started to clamp throughout the day and gained another 0.1 inch.

Do other members experience this as well? Still trying to find out how to best bank on this but its getting harder and harder to innovate my work outs. I just had a recent boost again because I started using lots of supplements. Now I am also going to incorporate jelqing while clamped and hopefully it will give me another boost. Issue is my penis is very conditioned and tough at this point so your regular girth exercises don’t make me gain at this point (like the Uli for example).

That’s pretty much exactly how it happens for me. That’s why I switch it up all the time.

In what sense do you switch it up? As my main exercise is always clamping. I am wondering if I should stay away from it for a bit.
