I’m going to tell you a modification I have made to my routine and has given me a surprising result: not is if this has already been discussed before, at least could not see it in other threads of conversation.

But was I happened one idea and truth in a week has given me 0.7 cm of profit. I hope that does not appear any telling me that is a stupid and sending to the hell.

The issue is thus, start warming submerging the entire package (penis and testicles) in water hot, hot not boiling or will have boiled eggs for dinner. ja ja ja

I do it in the bidet, but this may be a large bowl, a bathtub or something so or if the economic situation allows it can be a jacuzzi with hot water.

I don´t know the effect will be that in the testicles a little of hot water but during a minutes. Anyway for years people had bathed in hot water and to my knowledge never nothing has happened

After 3 minutes of warm start to do stretches, but I do it immersed in hot water

Therefore I Join the dilator effect of hot water in the stretching of tissue with the exercises.

After a few minutes of stretching (routine newbies) I removal the bulk of the water I put a little oil to the penis and start the jelqs but again I enter everything in hot water, is the jelq under hot water.

Dilation temperature, more stretching more the jelq with slow past in my case has resulted me in growth of 0.7 cm in less than a week, and 1 cm shortly after.

Apart from that I has been reduced to zero the little pains than before appeared on the penis after jelqs, because that area works very extensive and relaxed. I wanted to share with you guys all this and see your test if you want to see what happens, perhaps as you take a surprise.

I do all my mechanical stretching in a very hot bath.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I have been getting bored with my routine. I’ll try this.


5.3" NBPEL.

BPEL 6.5-6.7" Goal: Anything!

Girth: 5" but getting bigger. ;)

It’s why I stretch and jelq in the hot tub every morning.

Something about the tub and warm heat that allows your tissues to really stretch.

Well this is true in my experience, when I first started I did jelqing in hot shower. The bathroom was like a sauna. Only Injury was I pressed too hard while jelqing and I got a wound(skin got removed). I gained really fast. Don’t know why I stopped jelqing though. I’m about to start it again(more intense newbie routine) after I’ve healed.

Indeed. There has been a thread on ideal temperature, where different methods were compared. Hot water resulted in the best and hottest throughout heating up of the dick, better than IR. While it is not as convenient, it may be even more efficient. And you don’t neet any lamp.

Now I’m fully convinced to restart PE.

Jelqing etc. is no problem under water, and as for stretching, make yourself any simplest vacuum attachment, way easier than to hold it with your hands, especially under water. I personally use one made from cup of Dove woman deodorant roller bottle and finger of a rubber glove. I however think that an strong condom should be used, rubber gloves are getting stretched too quickly.
Only one other thing I need is a plastic bottle for a fulcrum. That’s not a problem.

In my case it would be almost impossible to train with hot water because I would need to be submerged and this would represent an insane expense in electricity and water. I am considering to use an IR lamp.
