Definitely going to keep up with this thread, I’d like to see how it turns out when you fine tune the routine to prevent any over-training. Plus, I’ve never been keen on using devices for PE, I prefer manuals. Might have to steal this routine in the future.

I don’t know what kind of gainer I am. My only gains till now were 0.5 in length and 0.3 in girth. Maybe girth is more easy for me, I don’t know, or maybe 2/3 of it were from better EQ and 0.1 was actual gains, in 7 months.

Hell yeah. I had morning and night woods 3-4 days a week tops and not on consecutive days. I was always like that. Keep in mind I am a heavy smoker and 36 years old starting PE for better EQ with whatever gains I could achieve. EQ was my motive at first.

I don’t know if it fucking works yet.

I can say for sure that it works for EQ. Must be the dry jelqs. I am on 200 reps now per session. It’s pretty intense. The other exercises I am using don’t seem to beat my penis too much. Maybe as a total produces the results I am having, I don’t know.

What I do know is when I hit 180 dry jeqs a week ago and after my erections during sex were not rock hard. Good quality but not rock hard. Morning wood didn’t seem to change though. Every fucking single day. So it is a bit comfusing but not too much.

I have the feeling I am scratching overtraining but not there yet. Anyway, it is 2 more weeks up to 240 jelqs per session, then I am stopping for 2 weeks and I think I will get useful informations, about how to proceed.

Up to 160 dry jelqs with the rest exercises, the routine seems to work pretty good in general. Surely for rock hard EQ. For gains I will see.

Gonna finish this. Measure and if it worked I will repeat it. If it doesn’t goes well, I will take the decon, restart after and stop the routine at 160 dry ones working it for a month without adding.

We ‘ll see.

Once I start girth work again I’ll have to find the sweet spot for training.

If the PIs thread here is anything to judge the effectiveness of your routine by, it sounds like 160 dry jelqs per session is the sweet spot for training. Considering having great EQ is considered a positive PI in addition to the consistent night and morning wood also being positive PIs. The decreased EQ after increasing from 160 to 180 reps would be a negative PI, and while it’s not like you’re getting poor EQ, the reduced EQ would seem to me to indicate you moving past the critical point of a perfect routine for girth gain, or at least EQ gain.

Should be interesting in a few more weeks when the experiment is over. Good luck mate.

Thanx. I agree with what you said I know that 160 seems to be the number but since I have planned it for 2 months and I am not in a hurry, I will deliver and then evaluate.

You see how sometimes you can be wrong about some things and you have to follow through.

I am on the last week 240 dry ones and the same of the rest.

Morning wood is ridiculous. I am now on day 57 and I ‘ve been having morning wood 57 days straight. This is… weird the least to me. But awesome.Never happened before and I am 36 years old. 57 days straight man.

I have also noticed semi erections through the day. That’s new.

Carrying on finishing on Saturday.

I will measure and then rest for 10-14 days and measure again.

Bill, do you have sex immediately after jelqs? When I have sex right after a jelqing routine my EQ is never rock hard, but I too have morning wood every single day and the day after my day off of PE, I feel like my EQ is an 11.

If I have any sexual activity on a routine day EQ is always about 80-90%

On off days I am 100%.

I think it is very common and normal.

Measured 01/07/2016. Girth is dead 5.5. No gains.

Morning wood is still there everyday just a little weaker as decon break progresses.

I am starting again Monday. This time I will work up to 160 jelqs and stick there for a couple of weeks cause I had the best response before.

The rest of the routine stays the same, as I think it served me well.

Conclusion: Τhe specific routine followed for 2 months is awesome for EQ.

Updating.I was on my routine today. While on it, I noticed that my penis was feeling more elastic and a bit thinner maybe for some reason. I have a long time to measure BFSL so I said, what the heck, I’ll finish the routine, wait for a while and measure.

Measured at 6.7.! The exclamation is put there cause my BPEL was always a bit bigger than my BPFSL. So, lets’s get an erection.

Got one. Measured. 7.1 something !!! What the fuck. I usually measure close to 7, not above. Penis looked a bit thinner, so I measured girth cause, you know, I am on a grith routine. A tad below 5.5. That’s ok, my girth usually is from 5.4 to 5.5 something, it depends. So, no girth gains.

Well that’s interesting. With absolutely no stretching? I knew I was gonna measure longer, cause my erect penis went a bit closer to my navel and I know well the distance from the tip of my glans to my navel. I could tell.

One week on the routine and my morning wood rocks again.

We ‘ll see. Since my concern is girth as long as I don’t pass 5.7 I am ok. I think I will monitor length gains from now on too. I don’t mind length. It’s the girth that chokes the wife,so..

Maybe it’s random. Carrying on.

I read about a ‘tgc theory’ the other day, it says something like if tunica is your limiting factor(expanded through stretches) you can’t gain from jelqs(girth) only your EQ will reach its max. Don’t know if its true tho, I’m a beginner.
