Intermediate routine for girth. Only manuals.

I thought I should share this one
A month ago I decided to work on my girth a bit. Nothing crazy, something that would put me a tad below 6 or 6 max. I have no interest for more for personal reasons.
So, since I was not too hyped for this, cause I am satisfied with my girth I thought, I should do something completely mine as I think of it and if it works it’s ok, if not it’s ok too cause you know, I am not too hyped about it, whatever.
My only consideration was not to go above 6 max, so I had to be careful with this one. Anyway for the past 2 weeks I am doing this.
No warm up ( yes, no warm up at all )
A set of 25 3 sec dry jelqs
10 sec orange bends down, right , left, up
20 sec hold squeezing
10 sec penis slapping to the thighs
Sadsak slingies 3 times 3 sec holds down, up, right, left.
No warm down.
I am doing 4 sets of these. I am not changing anything except from adding 20 jelqs more in total every week, rest of the routine stays the same. That is 4 sets of 25 the first week, 4 sets of 30 the second week, 4 sets of 35 jelqs the third week etc.
Routine is Monday-Wednesday-Friday. No more.
Results:
This…is.. quite interesting. The penis is beaten after the routine. I am having maybe one hour post shrinkage. After that flaccid is normal again.
On my routine days EQ is mildly suffering. Not too much but….. I am having morning wood every single day. I am loosing sleep out of this. On my off days EQ is amazing. I can’t highlight enough how amazing it is. On my first weekend off, I am talking first week here, I had sex with my lady. I could cut diamond with my erection. I had some interesting new reactions. She was pulling me back when I was taking my penis off her vagina. Also penis looks like a fat hard pipe. I can not describe this more acuratelly. It looks girthier.
On other observations, flaccid is a little bigger girthwise and lengthwise oddly but not on a routine day. On rest days. No erect length gains though.
Girthwise, two weeks on this and as I said EQ is through the roof. I think girth went up a little bit. Didn’t measure but I can feel it in my hand. I will measure in two weeks when I am one month on it.
The problem is that this thing works. Maybe it does too much work and I have to be very careful with gains. I feel good about this. Like it is working smoothly. Any PE er can relate to what I am saying. You know….. when you know that something works, you get my point.
Anyway I thought you should all know. It is a routine that beats the penis but it feels very promising and looks effective. I can only speak for myself though.
I am ending this with that. I am having sex 2-3 times a week with my wife 10 years married. The last week I had sex 4 days all of them initiated by her.
Yesterday I tried to clamp my erection to swell the glans while inside her. Nothing. Absolutely amazing man. Like trying to squeeze cement. CC was too fucking hard. Poor wifey was puffing and screaming when I jackhammered her for a while. I took it easy after that. She got angry …. :-)
So…..it looks like a promising routine, I am seeing results and I will report back. Thought I would share this. It was a good week.

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
