I have started a light variation of this (2 sets of jelqs, o bends, and slaping) just a week before and I do something like 3-on 1-of.
I get mornig wood almost every day! I hope I don’t get overexcited and get overtraining again….
And i think i have a tiny expansion (well it’s only one week what do you expect :) )

I think the most critical is the o bends. It’s a tough and risky excersise. My biggest problem is I have to go from 90% erection for jelqs to 0-10% for the bends…
I have to wait more than 5 minutes some times….

I will do this for 1-2 weeks more to see if a ihave any messurable gains and then in time I might add some sets.


Starting messurements: 6.0 BPEL , 4.80 MEG ---- June/15

Milestone :7.1 BPEL , 4,85 MEG ---- June/16

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG

Go for it. Erection quality will be ridiculously good. I don’t know about gains. But this one is awesome for EQ.

My girlfriend and I were at a party this past weekend and someone brought up the old saying, ’ it’s not the size of the ship, but the motion of the ocean.” One of the women disagreed saying that size of the ship, specifically the length, was very important. My girlfriend chimed in that, yes, the length of the ship was important but the width of the ship was even more important. Most of the rest of the women agreed with my girlfriend.

All I can say is I’m glad I’ve got almost 6” MSEG. My girlfriend loves it.

No gains yet.

But, I am saying this after too much thought. This routine is an EQ essential.

Do you know what happened to me a while ago? I went back to newbie. When on routine, I actually could not cotnrol the erection level. First time after maybe a year of pretty much total control.

Morning wood is there every fucking day. I masturbate once a week and I am having sex on off days to be exact 2-3 times a week.

I don’t know what is going on, I feel something good is about to happen, I don’t see it happening but I feel like it is waiting to pop up, just like my first gains. Over a night or two. This could not serve me well cause I am looking for maybe 0.2 max gains in girth but I will continue as I am highly curious.

What I am 99% sure of is that this specific routine is EQ top notch.

So, who’s up for an expirement?

I am not saying to dumb any current routine,in fact, don’t dumb any current routine but consider trying this one after a deconditioning break,maybe for 2-3 weeks, although I have seen results from the first week.

I wouldn’t say what I am saying, most of you know me, i put safety first, I am a skeptic for big gains in a few months etc but this thing… it’s getting ridiculous.. So, I am curious to see if it is just me or it can work for anybody.

Any input will be appreciated.

I am on the end of the 3rd week now, doing M-W-F and I am not doing the squeezes anymore, plus my dry jelqing is 100-100, 120-120, 140-140 160-160, six weeks in total.

So I did change the routine a bit from starters, but I can’t say if it worked in total like this, needing this modification, or it worked well at first and with the changes it is working even better. I hope you get what I am saying.

Jumping in to keep an eye on this discussion… sounds like a really effective routine. I’m a hard gainer with 18 months clamp experimentation and currently though I’ve backed off to 3 workouts a week and morning wood is still present daily, I know my EQ isn’t what it could be. Perhaps I should give manuals a solo shot.

I do want to interject in reference to an earlier comment: vaginas are incredibly flexible and adaptive… I would recommend no one worry about growing too long. Since I am overseas for months at a time, I know what it’s like to return to a “virgin” and enjoy (or deal with) that stretching out phase dozens of times, but every time she adapts in a week or so to where bottoming out is merely a good feeling kind of pressure. I’m sure you know your situation best, especially if you are living together and have a continuous routine, but I don’t believe most of us need to try to remain a certain length on purpose.


2014: 8.4 x 5.5

2022: 9 x 6.2

I don’t care for length. As far as I am concerned wann go for 10 inches, go.

It is the excessive girth I am worried about.

Nearly 4 months on this.

Conclusion until now, it is a routine for EQ

I also notice more vascularity.

Carrying on. I will give it 6 months.

Still 5.5.

I believe it may be a good for girth routine if someone adds proper heating. I do not heat for this one.

So…yeah, this one is pretty much awesome for EQ.

Somedays I pretty much walk with a semi most hours of the day.

For those who wonder why am I not using heat, it is because I want only 0.1-0.2 max more girth and I am kind of worried using heat, cause when I have gained in the past. most of my gains came almost overnight, after a break due to an injury. So, I am trying to be careful.
