Well hello everyone, im sort of new to this place although ive been reading some of the topics for a while ive just created my account in hopes to clarify some things i have on my mind.
Im forcing myself to get over my nervousness about introducing and posting my stats/problems.

First of all ive just turned 20 years old, my flaccid bone pressed length is about 4.5 to 5 in. my bone pressed erection length is 7 or near it. Also my girth is what im really trying to increase, it being only 4.5 in circumference. Something im quite embarrassed about but hopefully can change. Im a really skinny guy weighing only 117 lbs not sure if that has something to do with my penis’s girth or not but im sure it does. Hope that doesnt mean i cant increase it.

Some of the problems i have…first of all i have small glans. Very small and its seems to make my penis look much smaller. My glans are about the same as they are flaccid when erect. Only when reaching climax does it get larger. Im not sure if its a blood flow problem or not, but does anyone know a way to increase teh blood flow to that area.

Another problem….k…when doing my excersizes i ussually have to stop to maintain an erection throughout them. Like 20 or so jelqs, then stop and get a better erection rinse and repeat. 1 Horse440 , stop get a better erection rinse repeat. When i do have an erection it hands pretty low, doesnt stand straight up like alot of guys does. Is there anyway to change that?

Also im confused about the LOT thing. Ive read the explanation but cant seem to grasp the concept. When doing DLD blasters..think thats the strecthing one, I pull my penis up to my chest, kegel, release, kegel release. If i hold it at a lower angle i dont get any tugback when i kegel. So ive been sticking to pulling it up to my chest. Am i doing this right?

I suppose i have a problem with maintaining and erection for a long period of time unless constantly providing stimulation. Such as i cant walk around with an erection for long without losing it.

Also, although ive only had sex 4 times, same girl, ive never been able to climax. I just dont get enough stimulation from it, it seems my glans arnt as sensitive as they should be. Im thinking its possibly the lack of blood flow to them. Not sure if anyone else has this problems or can reccomend a solution.

To find your LOT pull your penis up towards your head and kegal, do this at different angles until you can no longer SEE a pull back from the kegal. This is your LOT. If you have a low LOT you should pull up if you want to see gains.

You should also be on a heavy kegal routine as that can help your erection angle. Do at least 1000 a day. I know it sounds like a lot, just a 100 kegals an hour.

To maintain an erection when jelqing make sure you kegal after every jelq. This should force fresh blood into your erection.

What I wanted to say was I’m glad you are here and you are not alone with being unhappy with your head size.. My head size is small as well and I’m working on it…

And forget about doing 1000 kegels a day, try to work your way up to 300 a day gradually. Or maybe even 300 every other day. That will be plenty. 1000 a day is for these guys that want to shot out light bulbs when they come.

Hey what’s wrong with that? :D

I said 1000 because it made my orasms way more intense than ever before. I lose count of how many kegals I do now but it is way more than 1000.

Alright many thanks for the warm welcome guys.

It seems my LOT is around 6:00 so from what ive read i cant really gain much from doing DLD blasters? Need to work on tunica stretches?

Im really not to worried about my length , 7 is fine , just the girth excersizes is what im searchin for. Here is my routine..hope i post it correctly.

5 min warm up
50-100 DLD blasters( think im doing it wrong since i have such a low LOT, Pulling it up towards my chest, doing more harm than good?)
100 Jelqs( squeezing 5 times when i get to the head)
10 Horse440’s , or DLD Bends(think thats what theyre called, just a horse440 then doing bends for 30 seconds)
10 Uli’s
100 Jelqs
5 min warm down.

Ive just begun this routine, and its the first time ive started seeing those spots ive heard about. Hope its a good sign and that ill start seeing more girth gains. I do believe ive gained a small amount of length from my 3 months of jelqing and kegel excersizes. Sort of a bummer…even tho im not wanting more length…that i wont be able to get much gains in that area.

Anyway as for the kegels ill work on them a little more, ive been slackin off for a bit but if that will help with my problems ill gladly do it. Thanks for the advice.

Hey SW,

If you are just starting PE, that is way too much of a routine and a lot of those exercises should be done after you get more experience.

Why not start with this Newbie Routine and ease into PE gradually, a lot safer and a lot easier to do correctly. Doing all that complicated routine at first is probably not going to be easy to figure out either. That’s a lot to learn to do effectively right off the bat.

Thats the routine i did for 3 months pretty much. How long should i be doing that?

Like thunder said, follow the newbie routine at least for a month gradually increasing workout times. During stretching you should focus on straight out (9:00) and towards your chest (12:00) and angles in between those two based on your low LOT. You don’t need to do fulcrum stuff at this point. I know it’s hard to resist, but you can.

EDIT: You’ve already done that for three months? Ok, maybe you could experiment with blasters, but I think about 20-30 would be a good amount to start with.
