IR light question, need some advice!

I just bought an IR light after having read people praising its ability to help the penis grow. My only concern is if it could be harmful for the testicles and how can I prevent it from being exposed?

Also, for those of you who use the IR light in your routine, do you only use it during warmups and warm-downs or the whole session? If only for warmups and downs, how much time do you think is enough?

Is there a difference between a heat lamp and one of those IR lamps I bought make? Should I be worried about the testicles being exposed you think?

If you do a search for “IR lamp”, you’ll see a veteran named Firegoat recommends pulling your boxers down under your dick but covering your balls. And then tuck into your boxers a folded paper towel or two, so that the heat from the IR lamp gets reflected off the white of the paper towel and doesn’t harm your balls.


6/28/20: BPEL 7.125", EG 4.75"

Goal: BPEL 8", EG 5.5"

Not gonna hurt your balls. Sperm production is decreased during heat exposure, but it returns to normal once optimal temperatures are restored. It takes about 3 months to produce a sperm.

Unless you’re trying to conceive in the next 3 months, there’s no negative effect at all.

In the instruction papers it says 12 minute sessions, I guess it has to do with it getting too hot?

I don’t speak Swedish, so I’m assuming these are the primary frequencies in nanometers:

Kortvåg = IRA 800 till 1400nm.
Mellanvåg = IRB 1400nm till 3000nm.
Långvåg = IRC 3000 till 10.000 nm.

Red Light Therapy lamps typically use 660 and/or 850 nanometers.

Alright, thanks. I don’t really understand the nanometers thing but yeah. I’ve been reading a bit more and 150w should apparently be, according to firegoat, the distance from which the back of your hand feels the burn but not to the extent it starts hurting. I will have to try it out I guess and use the lamp in intervals, warmup ->exercise->warmup->keep exercising->warm-down or something.

I was wondering all this also! I just purchased an IR heating pad and wasn’t sure how long it should be used during sessions. The instructions say use it about 5-10mins to heat up and the same to cool down type thing. I undoubtabley got growth in just a couple of days already using it after stalling a while! It’s insane!
