I feel like it’s the premier exercise for gerf. That’s just a personal opinion though.

Clamping is the most effective for girth of the techniques I’ve tried. But it comes with what seems to be a permanent cost to erection quality, sensitivity, and the coloration of the penis. It also seems to give limited growth. I used clamping in my first PE journey and gained significantly and rapidly, but hit a brick wall when the penis became too fibrous and clamping was no longer adequate to expand the penis further.

Light pumping and light hanging seem far superior to clamping. The gains are slower, but I suspect they will allow much more gains total than clamping.

I’d definitely agree that I over did it.

Among the things I tried was clamping and then using a rolling pin with as much weight I could put on it. I might try a rolling pin again without the clamping when I reach my goal measurement because I like the 2x4 shape I got from it, or I might just get an elliptical cylinder.

I gained somewhere between 2/3 to1/2 of an inch really quickly clamping. It only took about 3 months, about an hour total every day stretched out between three or four sessions. I used a stainless hose clamp. The kind you use to hold a rubber hose on a steel pipe. The kind you tighten with a screwdriver. Looks like this:

I put it as close to the base as possible and only tightened it as much as was needed to hold the blood in. You put a wrapping under it of course. Tighten it up a bit then kegel blood in as you tighten it. Slowly keep tightening until the blood doesn’t leak out and you remain swollen, then stop. Don’t go any tighter than you have to. Leave it on 5 or 10 minutes, then take it off and have a rest. Do it again if you still feel good. Otherwise wait a few hours. I usually did it first thing after I got up in the morning. Then a couple of more sessions late in the day.

With the hose clamp you have the ability to finely adjust the constriction. Grind a flat spot into side of a dime, and silver solder it into the screwdriver slot and you have a handy key you can turn with your fingers. You could probably glue a 5/16 socket on too and that would probably also work. No other tools required. Go easy for the first while. Just a minute or two at a time and don’t be afraid to leave it a bit loose until you get the feel for it. Work your way into it.

Be advised, your penis will discolor doing that, mine did. But it went away a few months after I stopped. And the gain was absolutely permanent. It’s been a year since I stopped and it’s still there. I’m sure I could get more, but I like the overall look right now. I don’t want to end up with a 5 1/2 inch long coke can. Maybe I’ll do some more when I add some reasonable length. To give you an idea of how much I got. Make an OK sign with the tip of your index finger just above the joint in the middle of the thumb. Then move the tip to the end of the thumb. Hold some common items in your hand, a D battery, a hammer handle, things like that until you find two that roughly correspond. You’ll see girth gains look huge when they happen. Because when you double the diameter of a pipe, you quadruple it’s volume. It’s the gain that’s going to make a big difference, and you can get it fairly quick. I did anyway.

If you want to try that instead of the cable clamp, In the hardware store before you buy a hose clamp, run your finger inside it under the mechanism. Some of them have sharp edges inside from the manufacturing process of folding and stamping them. Some are a little bit better put together than others. Find the smoothest one you can, it’ll feel much better when you use it if there’s nothing digging in.

Whatever you do, like Titelist said, be cool, work up to it. Take it easy for the first little while when you do.

Has your penis fibrosed to the point where you can’t make more gains?

Would you consider trying small diameter cylinder penis pumping to see if it converts girth to length?

I have a hypothesis about PE, would anyone like to help me test it?

Thank you for your reply , It is very helpful for me and informed me very well , I will consider and apply everythig you said , next day I will buy a hose clamp.

Yeah after few times of using hose clamp I noticed that It can even stuck on my dick and maybe I can lose my dick if I can’t get it out of my dick. I don’t use it and I will never again
