I have read a lot of these posts and I have come to the conclusion that the way my life is set up right now, I can’t really do that device that needs like 12 hours a day to work. I mean I want to be bigger but there has to be a certain point where the time is just not worth the outcomes. Maybe I will feel differently when I start doing some of the PE exercises. I also want to know if doing these stretching techniques do anything to the effect of decreasing erection strength and angle. I am really new to this whole thing and a little guidance would be much appreciated. I would love to find out what techniques work the best for the most number of men (I understand that not everything works for everyone). Thanks and I hope to hear from someone soon.
Go to the “Newbie Routine” link at the top of the Newbie forum and carefully read through the ample information provided. It’s how nearly everyone here starts doing PE. It might take roughly an hour daily to complete the manual stretches, jelqs, and warm-up/warm-down routine in the later stages of the suggested newbie protocol. It’s generally recommended to avoid hanging and ADS type hardware until after having practiced manual PE techniques for three months or so. Also read up on the “PI” information provided via the links available at the newbie forum. Monitoring your indicators will help you avoid over-training and injuries.
No one can tell you whether or not PE will gain you anything. There are plenty of guys here who state they have realized length and girth improvements to varying degrees. Check out the photos in the appropriate forum. Spend some time browsing through the archived threads (going back several years). Nothing is being sold here. For free, you are offered detailed information regarding various forms of PE. You supply the time and effort. You cannot fairly evaluate your own success with PE until after having stuck with it for a good bit of time. Thunder’s has survived for quite some time as a free resource (you can donate at will, or refrain from doing so) with a large and active membership. Apparently PE has proved to work for some proportion of those who try it, the key being dedication and persistence. I will guarantee you it will not work if you don’t do it—simple enough. It might work if you do try it, and stick with it for sufficient time.
As to erection angle, you may lose a bit, especially if you compile significant stretching time in a downward direction. You can always focus your stretches upward. You will definitely lose erection angle with aging—it’s going to happen anyway.
A loss of erection strength/quality (EQ) during the practice of PE indicates over training or too aggressive training. That’s one of the PIs referenced above. Properly done, EQ maintains or improves with PE.
