Is LESS more, or is MORE more?

There isn’t much of a discussion about less/more, since not many would tell that one measure is good for everybody.

I think you should read this thread in connection with the PI thread. My view is that Sparkyx has a more holistic approach to PE than most of other PEers. Which could be the wisest perspective. The sensitivity of your penis doesn’t change at all with PE?

Marinera - it certainly doesn’t get less sensitive with PE, sometimes I even have the impression it gets more sensitive… Especially the dorsal side

Yeah that variations happen to me too. Somewhat weird. Manual stretching (foreskin retracted) can reduce the sensitivity a bit. Girth works seems to enhance sensitivity.

More is more for length. C’mon Bib said it. He said extenders weren’t around for his downtime but he figured they sounded good.

But for girth you need a boner. So you need massive PC sets of bulky dick stuffing muscles. And to take a damn day off once and again.

I am in the more is more camp however I think consistency to a routine regardless of tension, duration, schedule could be just as important for long term gains.

I’m talking about making sure your 2 day on 1 day off routine doesn’t creep into 3 days off and more.

Consistency also lets you get to know your dick, hands, mind, and tools of PE. You can vary so much just within the disciplines of clamping,stretching,hanging, pumping et cetera. Yet its all tissue challenge. I think vets are very comfortable declaring their own perfect routine, and careful to get too specific describing an ideal routine for others. Vets by their nature literally pulled for hours a week for years. So their dicks are tough and big, allowing heavier training loads.
I notice a lot of big gainers don’t have much more than the laymen”s guesses I do as to cell phenomena. You train cause you are on a thread of knowledge.

Ha ha. Why I haven’t read this post earlier? Equine Rooster and sparkyx living the same shit like me and I have some answers which I never managed before.

For me, I started newbie routine again, and therefore its too much for me again. For me, I ve never realized it, but the growing effect diminishes in about 2 days in routine. Then I just go over and over-trained again. So my 10 minutes jelqing is too much, maybe too much pressure, too much masturbation, 10minutes are too long, Or 2 days on 1 off is too much? I need to try that… thank you.

I’m of the camp that advocates no time off. Rest days aren’t really conducive to cementing gains. At most, you are engaged in active PE for no kore than 4 hours a day (and that’s with a very aggressive routine). And unless you are wearing and ADS for more than 10-12 hours a day, your cock gets more than enough rest from any active PE while you are working and/or sleeping.

Having said that, there are days when your body will simply tell you “no bro, not feeling it today” - so you roll with it and go from there. But to schedule in down or rest days seems like a waste to me - especially once you’ve moved out of the novice category of PE.

So better to cut the daily routine in half then having more days off. Sounds better, then “simply” listen to my body for rest days - like I never said that before..:D


GOAL - BPEL anything that comes along with 5.5 EG

So after my previous routine with 2days on 1 day off, I felt yesterday the neediness of trying the short routine for the first time on the “day off” also I didnt watch porno and wasn’t horny and didn’t masturbate. This morning I had boner for at least 1 hour because I kept postpone my alarm clock, and everytime I woke up, my dick was hard. I almost couldn’t piss properly because I’ve had a hard on. lol. Then it fell off and after few minutes I did my routine which was even better then last day, the stiffness goes off, and my dick was reddish and full at the end of my 5 minutes progressively harder jelqing routine. I think that’s definitely good PI for me, which I has few times before, but only at the beginning of every routine. So wish me luck guys maybe some girth gainsfor the first time in about 2 years?:D

My advice, listen to your body for rest days. :) seriously though, it might seem harder to do/more complicated, but in the long run it will be much more beneficial than simply saying do X amount of work with Y amount of rest. That prescription will simply not work in all cases, no matter what it is.

I’m coming up to my 4th month of doing PE and no gains or any PIs or EQs. Very despairing, not even a sign this is gonna extend my BPEL.

I do…

8 minutes Heat
15 minutes Stretches (though I only started doing stretches properly since about 4 weeks ago).
30 mins Jelqs
10 mins Heat
7 mins Kegels

I was told that maybe doing 30 mins of Jelqs may not be the best thing for me and I should do less perhaps. But I dunno! I’m only 4 months in and new to all this.

Not sure what you guys advise?

You’ve been going at it for four months, long enough to be outside the newbie envelope, so try somthing different.

Keep the jelqs and maybe hanging or pumping?


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.
