Is my dick simply maxed out?

I’ve been doing PE for nearly 10 years, now. For a little more than half of that time, the PE was kind of an off and on thing. But for about the last four years, I’ve been consistent. Not so consistent in my methods, but consistent in that I was always doing something. Like for all of us, it has been a trial and error process. To the best of my recollection, through a combination of high % erection dry jelqs, a pumping/clamping combination, and edging, I’ve managed to gain approximately 1” in EL and just over 1/4” in EG (based off of measurements taken while on cialis due to the EQ induced by the drug). I’ve been using an X4 Labs extender for about 10 months, now, and nothing. I only switched to using the noose about 2-3 months ago, but I don’t know if that’ll make any difference. My current measurements are (again, based an a cialis assisted erection) 7.25” NBPEL (8” BPEL) x 5.5” EG. Is my dick simply maxed out?

Million dollar question. How many hours in total using the extender? I think advanced PEers should switch techniques more often than novices or intermediates, because the penis ‘remembers’ fast the kind of stress it has been applied on it and how to fight it, if this makes any sense to you.

I agree, for example my hand has a scar that i made bruising it when i’m stressed, when i was a kid it lost bleed but now it’s not irrorated by blood anymore, i can even slightly cut it whit a knife whitout bleeding.

Anyway good gains and good measure, 7.1 is a big dick :D .

Why haven’t you done any hanging? I feel like leaving it out of your routine is a bad idea.

Perhaps the idea of hanging iron on his dick doesn’t seem too appealing to him. Keep in mind that most hangers end up with a dick in repulsive “dead fish purple” color.

I’ve been hanging since May and any discolouration I see only lasts for a few minutes until circulation returns.

Comments like that only serve to scare potential hangers from New length and girth.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

I have done hanging and it didn’t do anything for me. Now, I wasn’t hanging two hours per day like some recommend. I just didn’t have time for it.

How many total hours using the extender? Over 1800.

I think you have maxed out what you can gain with it, if you are not seeing improvement in your BPFSL. For a while you should try another approach, IMHO.

Just imagine for a moment that your penis started off as a fishing line with a 3lb breaking strain. Now imagine that with all the high erection level jelqing, clamping and pumping it now has a 15lb breaking strain. Using an extender is like hanging a 3lb weight off a 15lb line - it simply isn’t going to exert any appreciable stress on the line - the line can hang that weight forever without being affected at all.

If you want to make gains from the extender, you would probably need at least 6 months, possibly a lot longer, of no PE at all to bring the 15lb tensile strength back down to levels the extender can manage to stress. (All figures entirely arbitrary).

Have you tried pumping? Maybe you need to try a different routine something your body isn’t use to.

Maybe just stick with the jelqs if those made you gain?

I’ve only every gained from the high level erection dry jelqs but all I got from those was 1/4” gain in EG, but I seemed to lose EL in the process.

I’ve tried pumping. Didn’t get anything from it.

Firegoat, are you suggesting that I take an extended break from PE? Have you ever heard of anyone doing this and making gains once they came back to it? I don’t think I should stop completely. Is there a maintenance program I could do while on my break that would still allow for the desired deconditioning?

I don’t understand how to measure BPFSL. How can you push into your skin to the pelvis while pulling your dick taught? I may have seen 1/8” to 1/4” increase in BPEL but could perhaps be accounted for through standard deviation.

I would say that fireogat’s analogy is correct. Your body will respond to the stress of PE by strengthening and adapting, which makes gains more difficult if you continue to use the same methods.

You basically have 2 choices, both of which have been mentioned here.

-Start a hanging routine. If you have the time, this is what I would recommend. The tissue will deform if enough force is used.

-Take a decon break in an attempt to restore tissue to a state that will be affected by the stress you are using.
