i have thought out a new routine and would like to know what you think about it.
Especially from you, u4big (because i read your thread about overworking and nutrition).

What do you think is important to have a “good” nutrition?

My routine:

warmup
5 mins jelq
10 mins hang
10 mins hang
10 mins jelq
