Is your official measurement pre or post PE?

Once per month. Next measuring day in 1.5 weeks time. :)

That’s probably what I should do. Though, I can imagine how discouraged/pissed I would be to measure after a month only to find no change.

Well, now you know that what you were doing was not working, so make the necessary changes to the routine so that you can gain.

I measure cold, pre PE. I also make sure my PI’s are good on and around measuring day. If they are not I take a break before measuring.

Pre-PE, about 10 minutes into an erection. “Official” measurements a few days after having done any PE.

In other words, a “Stage 3” erection, per this description of the 4 stages of erection.. It is from page 48 of ESO: How You and Your Lover Can Give Each Other Hours of Extended Sexual Orgasm:

From what I have read it seem like some guys measure at Stage 4. So that might be another variable to think about. Pre-PE. Post-PE. Erection Stage.

Of course it doesn’t really matter how you measure as long as it is consistent. The point being to track gains.

Always pre PE, and after I’ve been off PE for a few days.

I can’t say for sure that what I’m doing isn’t working. I know of a lot of other members here who experience gains rather abruptly, sometimes after considerable periods of time. It could be that what I’m doing hasn’t worked… yet. It has given me gains in the past. I’m going to give it more time.

I measure on Monday mornings pre-PE with Sundays being my official “break” day. (If I measure post PE I usually see a difference of +0.5 cm).

Although I do tend to measure compulsively after nearly every session. Grrr.


Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.

Pre PE usually after a rest day or two.

My official measurement is Pre PE, however I like to measure Post PE sometimes just to see what my temporary gains are.


Pre-PE: 6.5" BPEL x 5.0" EG-------> Current Stats: 8" BPEL x 5.25" EG-------> Goal: 9" BPEL x 6.5" EG - 7" BG
