JAI Intensity
A thought struck me as I sat here, doing some JAI’s……just started a semi-regular routine, btw. How “intense” should one pull? The obvious answer is “well, how does it feel?”, but, being as I just started out, I don’t wanna yank the wee fella off. I can get a pretty good grip, and have some decent sized arms, so any input? Thanks in advance.
Oh, and here’s the routine I’m doing:
10 min warmup with rice sock
JAI stretches, approx 15 minutes, no specific #’s
Jelq, usually at about 70-80 percent erect
For approx 20-30 minutes.
Anyone sees any flaws, please say so. Constructive criticism welcome!
