A thought struck me as I sat here, doing some JAI’s……just started a semi-regular routine, btw. How “intense” should one pull? The obvious answer is “well, how does it feel?”, but, being as I just started out, I don’t wanna yank the wee fella off. I can get a pretty good grip, and have some decent sized arms, so any input? Thanks in advance.

Oh, and here’s the routine I’m doing:
10 min warmup with rice sock
JAI stretches, approx 15 minutes, no specific #’s
Jelq, usually at about 70-80 percent erect
For approx 20-30 minutes.

Anyone sees any flaws, please say so. Constructive criticism welcome!

I do them to the point where I feel a stretch, but not to where I am sweating and grunting.

In all honesty, I really feel the best application of these and DLD’s super stretch (Sorry—forgot the name, but it’s the intense routine) is when they are done on an every day basis.

So true…I do both exercises as a part of my daily PE routine
