For those of you that wear jelly cock rings do you find they only last a certain amount of time before you have to replace them?

I have some metal ones from Gear Essentials and I love them! A steel cock ring can be the safest to wear as long as it has be properly fit. You need to make sure you have the correct size for you and once that is done they are awesome. Spot on, I love them for the same reasons. I use them to maintain engorgement after pumping.
Haven’t tried alcohol, but will give it a run. I have noticed that oils make them practically dissolve, so alcohol may be the right cleanser. I have had a few good ones last a couple of years.

Joe, I think we are talking at cross purposes. I use metal rings for sex too, not jelly. The jelly rings I put around my dick as a kind of soft clamp after pumping. Sometimes I use them to hold the nuts during pumping as well. I don’t stretch them around my whole package, because they become like rubber bands when stretched that much. I prefer the thick metal “doughnut” cock rings for that.

How long do you usually wear your cock ring after a PE session? Would it be alright to wear it all day?

I have been able to wear it for 2-3 hours. After that it may become irritating or constricting, but the pump can last all day. Check on your unit it in the bathroom periodically and make sure it is not going cold or discoloured from lack of circulation. If so, remove the ring.
