After two years of pe, it’s the first time I realized…this:
I read on JAI thread that is better to
jelq before stretch.
I never did !
You agree with that?

Another question:
where is a link to golf weights?
I don’t understand what they are supposed to be used in golf!
(I don’t know almost nothing of golf)
But the routine with this weight seems very nice.
I wanted to give a try.
It seems boring to use the adhesive on the skin…
maybe I can use something else?

I think it is better to stretch then jelq.

The most obvious reason is, if you stretch after jelq, you have to take time to wash off your jelq lube.

Second, if you stretch then jelq, you will maintain your stretched out length the entire time you are jelqing thus helping to cement the stretch effect.

I am not sure what golf weights are, but one thing for sure, I would not be attaching anything to my cock using adhesive!

Never used the TheraP, so can’t help you there.

I did the same like you becouse it’s boring
to clean the lube from the skin, and start a stretch session…
but I want to give a try to this… after reading the JAi post
seems a possibility.
In gym, stretches are made AFTER the work…so seems
reasonable. And maybe it works better…
Anyway.

Hey xaixoit — I posted a picture in action with golf weights and also just recently started the JAI routine were I jelq first then I do the two second pulls after, all you have to do is use a hand towel or tee shirt to grip your willy afterwards and no need to clean up right after jelqing if you use towel or tee shirt then when your done you can do clean-up. Also I guess the golf weights go on your club during warm up swinging and then you take them off and hopefully you can drive the ball farther?

The problem I use a great variety of stretches…
Anyway I will try to clean and use some baby powder…
I see your pic with the golf weights…good.
You see some results? How much you wear that.
I want to go to a sport shop…to ask, but I don’t realise
what the hell this weights are used for. I don’t play golf.

I normally try to stretch first, but I PE first thing in the morning and sometimes with the morning wood, I have to jelq first. I just use toilet paper as a grip aid if I can’t get all the lube off.
