Jelq with cock ring on = Horse 440?

If you use a cock ring during jelqing to keep the blood trapped inside the shaft, does it make it a Horse 440?

What’s the best and comfortable cock ring for jelqing?

I use a stainless steel 2” ring around the base….but I don’t think it helps increase length so much as grith

I’d feel much safer using something like a cable clamp that you can get off more easily/quickly. I have thought about doing girth work in the past with a cock ring on but was afraid I’d get too swollen from the girth work/blood being trapped and not be able to get the ring off.

What is a “Horse 440”?

“The Horse 440 squeeze works by expanding the tunica laterally via displacing of blood in the penis. Get a fairly good erection and place one hand firmly around the base of your penis so that no blood can escape. Then, loosen your grip and kegel in blood and clasp the hand at the base to keep the blood from leaving. Do this until you have a very firm erection, then form a tight “OK” grip with your other hand and slide it down over the head of your penis (remember to keep the hand at the base clamped tightly as you do this so that no blood escapes the CCs). What you are essentially doing is displacing the blood in the glans so that you can use the added volume to force the tunica to expand laterally. Because of the extreme amount of internal pressure involved in these exercises, they are often used in conjunction with jelqs where every X number of jelqs is followed by a horse squeeze (read as: be VERY careful with these).”

I am going to be doing super sets of the “head squeeze” 440’s and girth blasters every other day and see if I can kick start some girth growth before I end up with a 12” pencil.

I would NOT jelq while wearing a cock ring - at least not a rigid one! That fucker moves a bit up and down on the shaft as well - and it’s too rigid to do good to the affected area it’s scrubbing along on. Anyway, it’s a bit of contradictory to jelqing. Trust your hands to push enough FRESH blood into and along your penis to stress the tissue. With that ring on you have restricted blood flow in and out. In the past there was a theory that heavy jelqing could destroy some kinf of vessels within the penis. I never shared that fear - but with jelqing ‘through’ a rigid cock ring… #:-o
