Jelqing and stretching????

I have just noticed that most of the guys here jelq or stretch, but not at the same time(i don’t mean literally at the same time but during the same period of time!) I normally stretch directly after jelqing (after say a 10 minute break) as the way i see it this is when i have warmed up my penis best. I haven’t been doing this long but i see how you could have problems trying to do it the other way around. I am sure this is a fairly good way to do it as i am a bodybuilder(like a few of the rest of you) and i know that intense stretching of the muscle you are working out during the workout helps to make it grow faster. (Check out some of Arnies routines -his dumbbell chest flyes just about touch the ground!). Anyway, i reckon i have quite a good routine here as my penis definately feels worked out afterwards although by doing it this way there is no way i could go 6 days on with just one rest day like some of you!
Another bodybuilding analogy which i think holds here is also the fact that you do not build muscle while working out(this is when you are tearing it down). The building phase is done when you are resting AFTER working out - so my thinking is that my routine of 1 day on 1 day off during the week and both days at the weekend may be more effective.

Of course i am a newbie and time will tell, but any feedback would be welcomed - what do you think?

Has anyone any experience of resting more versus working out more?

What about hanging and jelqing? A bad idea together?

Yep.

Yes Andy. I jelq first (around 200 fairly intense 2-3 second jelqs) then a few ulis with kegels. After this i rest for 10 - 15 minutes then do 15 mins stretching followed by another 10 minute rest then another 15 mins stretching. I do this twice a day on pe days.

Any comments? Do you do both or just one or the other?

Rest days.

While there is an analogy between PE and bodybuilding we must remember the penis is not a muscle and often doesn’t behave like one. Some people have reported best gains by continuing PE in the stressed, or fatigued, state to build on gains rather than a strict rest days routine. It works for some, but not all. Others maintain that regular rest works best for them. Here is a thread by one bodybuilder who maintained that rest is best. His views are largely unproven but are well worth a read.

You’re right, on thinking about it more i think less rest would be better for stretching the ligament as this would mean you are not giving it enough time to toughen at its new length, so you can probably stretch it easier with constant stratching every day. My ligs hurt after a days stretching though. A lot. not unbearable pain but just enough that i don’t want to do it again the next day.
Maybe when i’ve been doing it longer this’ll calm down?
I have a bit of experience with ligament stretching as like i say i do work out and buggered the ligaments in my shoulder a few months ago(they have now stretched and will not shorten again i am told - sometimes give me jip and my shoulder isn’t as stable as it used to be) So i think being careful here is of paramount importance!

As far as jelqing goes i would think it is important for more rest as although it is not a muscle it is very similar to one. and i would think that you would need to stretch the cells then give them time to repair, then stretch again.

Of course i have little or no experience in this area(so to speak) so this is pure conjecture and could be a load of rubbish, but time will tell no doubt,

Any thoughts?

thanx bigj. well do you mean to say that you do it two times ina day. well my routine is 15 mins of stretching followed by 20 mins jelqing and then 100 squeezes. howz my routine?do u suggest any changes

Sorry if i wasn’t clear, yes i do the whole routine twice a day on my pe days(tue, thu, sat and sun) once in the morning then once at night. I do a similar routine to yours as you can see from the detail in my post above. Only difference is i jelq first and then stretch whereas i think you are saying you do this the other way around.
I am no expert in this field as i only started pe a week and a half ago, so i think you should stick with the routine you have. Keep me posted of your gains and i will update you on mine - if one of us is doing much better than the other then maybe that way round is the way to do it.

Lets keep it up for an experiment for the next few weeks!

I think you’re on the right track. Listening to your body is very important. It’s a bit like walking a tight rope - too little and your gains may suffer but too much and you’ll injure yourself. It’s the middle ground, the happy medium, is what we all strive for ….. and that will be different for everyone. Good luck with your gains and keep us posted!

what is the best routine???????????

hi guys,
first, I think you all to write your experiment to share your idea on this board. doing so, we get the best results and avoid the injuries and the catastrophiques consequences.
I am on the program about 7 months and am still leaning. So please don’t understand me wrong if i tell you what i think or what i feel.
i have also done during my experiment alot of reseach on this area of enlargement and i get this:
your little thing can be BIGGER some day. THAS IS A FACT.
and if you don’t believe it: i will suggest to do a little research on the net and read books. it might help. AND the best what you can do is GIVE IT A TRY.

believe me NOBODY can really tell you what is the best routine.
NOT because they know it and don’t like to share it with you BUT because everyone IS DIFFERENT. so may be my routine works for me perfect but it can do nothing for you.
what i try to tell you is do alot of experiment and listen to your body. i can give you an example of routine but be patient and ask questions if you have some and you have to believe that you can grow with this program because is one the best .
do always hot wraps 5 a 10 min before and after and never go over 15 minutes if you want to have childeren in the future because alot of hot kills sperm.
do always extenders or strech before jelq.
do jelq slow and soft thus not hard and do them 70% or 80% erect.
that is it.
hi by the way forget about ULI in the first months. they are very dangerouse in the first months.

so first month: 5 min of extenders and 10 jelq and no more.

try this and tell me what you get.
