Hello

I am considering to switch just to the jelqing PE sessions. I have read in some posts that you can get some good gains just by doing 15 minutes jelqing sessions 5 times a week. I will try to do the routine like that: warm up with warm towel, jelqing, warm down and the daily amount of kegels. Can anybody tell me if they gained just from jelqing and if this is a good routine to start with. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I started with just jelqing and gained 1” in about 6 weeks. Unfortunately, for me, these were newbie gains ‘cause I’ve slowed right down since then.

There’s plenty here who have also gained through jelqing alone and it’s what I’d consider to be the ‘bread & butter’ of PE.

It’s certainly a good exercise to start with and a good all-rounder as it attacks girth and length as well as keeping the circulation going ensuring a healthy dick for years to come.
