Anybody start off having trouble with girth gains before it clicked? If so what did you change in your routine?

Anybody, it seems like the only people that report girth gains get pretty good gains right away if they are going to get them. Has anyone actually gone the length then girth route successfully? I hear people recommending this all of the time, but I never hear of any pulling it off (especially not without serious pumping)

No girth gains from my newbie routine yet only length. After i reach 7” length i will switch to girth routine.

I’m working on that now. I’m clamping, but I just have way too much sex to be able to do it effectively. Not bragging, just realizing that might be a potential problem.

The first 8 months or so I did PE I gained about an inch in length but no significant girth. At the time I was doing Kegels, jelqing and a little stretching. After gaining about an inch and a quarter, the length gains plateaued, and I started doing a lot of stretching and took up hanging. I continued to do jelqing. Since then I have gained only a little additional length, but a fair bit of girth.

My 1st year of pe I gained around 1.4” in length and maybe 0.2” in girth.

I was fairly consistent that year though, something I haven’t been since however I know girth gains won’t be an easy thing for me and may have to revise my goal of 9 bpel x 7” meg.to a more achievable 8.5” bpel x 6.5” meg.

Girth is tough so if you can gain it count your lucky, lucky stars. Length by all accounts seems far easier to achieve and maintain.


Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)

Did you gain any base girth from hanging? I would like to get my mid shaft girth to 6.5” and base girth to 7” after I have reached my length goal which is 9” BPL. Don’t know if I ever reach that length since it lately has been difficult to gain length. Maybe I have to get IR lamp and heat my dick while stretching.

I have always been thickest at the base, and I did gain girth at the base, but not just at the base. I can’t say that it was due to hanging, necessarily, as I was also doing quite a bit of stretching and jelqing.

Describes my PE career perfectly. I didn’t really gain real girth until around 28 months (over 2 years) into my PE career. What changed it for me was that I changed my mentality towards jelqing. I basically just focused on expansion and jelqing perfectly. Don’t think of it as just a technique, think of what it is supposed to do. Add that with clamping and pumping and time, you get girth gains where there was none before.


Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!

I’ve gained ~0.9” of length and ~0.2” of girth so far (in 13 months), my routine has been length oriented with very occasional girth exercises. I’m going for “length first, girth second” approach as well and right now I only stretch and recreatively pump. I can’t wait to see how will my penis react to girth oriented routine.

Thank you for all of the replies. For those who are late girth gainers, I think this is a post can act as a reservoir of information that will help us achieve our goals.

I had the hardest time gaining girth past around the first few tenths of an inch, but I also focused almost souly on jelquing recently and have gained, about .18 Midshaft over the past few months. Unfortunately, I have lost about .3 inches in length, and my minimum flaccid size is nearly an inch smaller. I thought that was really peculiar, but I imagine it is part of the process.

I gained 1/8 inch in girth from EQ increases very early on with a newbie routine. Then I went about 2 years without any girth gains, and finally I think about 50% of the time I have an extra 1/8. I think the trick has been doing long routines combining clamping and pumping with lots of heat.


I'm a disciple of science.

One of the issues with girth is that it is so hard to tell if you have gained. I know people say to measure accurately, but it’s difficult to do each time. 1/32 of an inch in girth gains, and your penis will be noticeably larger. 1/16, and it will look swollen, and 1/8 plus cemented gains (if they come quickly) will not even look like your penis. The most frustrating thing for me has always been the TP test. I still can squeeze through a 5.25 TP roll, at about 5 1/8 inch.

My PE practice is close to 10 years, and what I can say is: once your penis is accustomed to hard girth work, it’s not difficult at all to gain in girth and head size, and it seems that gains go on steadily, without plateaus. All what is needed is some knowledge/experience on how the corpora cavernosa and corpus spungiosus (the unserside) react to exercise. Once you gain this, and with some practice, I can assure you won’t pass the TP test flaccid - or even the paper towel test !
