Length Routine

Hey I’ve been doing length exercises and was wondering if it’s good to let your penis heal for a couple days before peing again. I feel a slight e d feeling and don’t want to over do it. I’ve over done it by hanging weights and got Ed. I rested for a couple weeks and was fine. Another question is should I give it a hard PE session and let it heal like last time cause it is working just takes some time. Thanks guys

If you gain this way then yes.

I would say do PE in an intensity where you still maintain good EQ.

How do you add water to your air-pump, you ask? See the pump I linked - it comes with a liquid reservoir to catch any liquid that gets sucked up into the vacuum line (you just need to make sure it doesn’t overfill and water isn’t getting sucked into the pump itself). Basically, any air-pump can handle water as long as there is a place for the water to go, other than inside the pump. Your pump may have come with one of these as well.

Sorry for the delayed response again, but will this pump work? http://www.amaz … /dp/B005BT90DI/

The reason I ask is because since I already have an Amazon account, I won’t have to put my cc information in an unfamiliar website. Also, they don’t accept paypal.

Yes it’s the same. Pick the cheapest brake bleeder pumps kits you can find (pump needs to be the same : red-black + metal, no plastic) which includes a water trap and connectors.

Sorry I didn’t specify, I just meant the pump itself. I bought the cylinder and the other thing you linked from the sites you suggested.

Ok I just meant buy the pump with the water trap, not the pump on its own. Then with the connectors, silicone hose and water trap provided with the kit you’ll be able to waterpump if you ever want to. The male connector fitting the hose in the cylinder is an other thing.
