Length Routine

One exercise that’s good for penis strength, strengthen the pelvic floor muscle which leads to excellent EQ. It’s a kegel exercise done fully erect 10 minutes, every other day. You just get fully erect then use your palm pushing slowly on the head down and at the same time doing a strong kegel with focus at the base.. the pelvis floor muscle. Do your counting as you wish! Begin small then increase your numbers.

I don’t know how you respond to high pressure pumping?
But be careful and have an extra eye open for red dots when you pumping and after.

Thanks for link! I always stretch to my BPFSL or over it to gain. If I don’t, my stretching sessions is a wasted of time.
I like jai- stretching both when doing sessions and thru out the day by feel. I even do them on my rest days. They are good to trigger gains, flaccid gains and get the blood flow going.

I’ve never experienced any red dots from pumping. Does race/skin color have anything to do with that? (sorry if that’s out of line) I’ve had my pump for over a year now and using it consistently for over 2 months. Since December, my plan with pumping was to increase it to over 10 Hg around the beginning of February. I’ve used pressures from 7.5 to 11 Hg already, and it seems to me that higher pressures give me more length expansion in the pump and a more veiny/vascular appearance. Will the improved vein appearance of pumping be permanent?

I’ll also be looking into water pumping in the near future.

I actually do kegels during the SU JAI stretch. I’m not sure what reverse kegels are, but I’ll begin to look into those.

Yes, the veins get more visible and also grow along when shaft grows. I have pumping a couple of years and I just do water pumping and my veins are more visible and permanent both in flaccid and erect.

I like water pumping better because of the skin don’t take that damage like with air pumping and the expansion get much greater than air. And it’s easy to do in the shower or bath.

Are there any specific pumps you’d recommend? Is water pumping inconvenient outside of a shower?

I’d imagine the tube will be easier to clean.

You can use any quality cylinder coupled with a brake bleeder pump and why not a resevoir (to prevent any of your mistakes from ruining the pump and the gauge).

Absolutely. Perhaps a bigger reservoir but the same principle for bleeding brakes applies to penis water pumping. Easy.

The setup I use, one that comes highly recommended around these forums, is the brass brake bleeder pump from Harbor Freight tools ($25) coupled with a LeLuv cylinder ($28). The only other part you’d need would be the male hose fitting for the cylinder (You’d have to check Gprent’s posts on pumping to see the easiest way to obtain one of these, and the exact part number).

I do all of my water pumping outside of the shower and it’s not inconvenient or messy - just have to make sure you hold things against your skin or hold the cylinder the right direction when you’re not under vacuum.

START: 05/26/2014: BPEL=14 cm (5.51 in), MSEG = 13.3 cm (5.25 in)

LAST MEASURED: 11/17/2014: BPEL=15.3 cm (6.02 in), MSEG = not measured...yet

ULTIMATE GOAL: BPEL=17.8cm (7 in), MSEG = 14.6cm (5.75 in)

NateTheGreat4,

Have you measured after 11/17/2014, If yes how much have you gained.

How many months or weeks do you wait to measure yourself ?.

Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Go watch=There are video's on how to do the exercises here!!!!!!!!

I haven’t measured since then. I just want to make sure there is a measurable difference (3mm or more) each time I measure. I feel like I’m probably close to that, so I’ll measure in a few weeks or so. I would consider myself a hard gainer: my EQ has always been great, low elasticity in my tissues, and a thick septum means I really have to be adding tissue to grow.

1) 8~10 minute warm-up with IR lamp
This is my new method of warming up. This is far more convenient in my opinion than my previous method because all I have to do is plug in the lamp and wait for it to heat up. Because of the convenience, I don’t mind warming up for longer periods of time. I apply the heat to all sides (top/bottom/left/right).

2) Stretch routine
A. Rotary stretch - ~2m
B. SO stretch - there was a thread about a way of stretching I hadn’t been using before. I’m not sure what exactly it’s called, but I’ll link it. I do this for about 2~4 minutes.
C. JAI stretch - thanks to alivegeta and anyone else who might have brought this to my attention. With this stretch, I’ve been able to add kegels to my routine. Also, occasionally I’ll do kegels throughout the day, not sure if this is going to be useful or not though.
D. Directional V/A stretches - first I’ll stretch straight left/right for 5 seconds, then take either my thumb or forefinger and apply pressure at the middle or base and hold for 55~60 seconds.
E. Re-warm — 2~3 minutes of re-warming at the 10 minute and 20 mark and repeating the above

3) Jelqing
A. Usually from 3~10 minutes of jelqing in preparation of pumping.

4) Pumping
A. Air pump - 2 6~8 minute sets of pumping from 7.5 to 9 Hg of pressure. When January ends, I will increase the pressure above 10.
B. Jelqing between pumping sessions.

At the very end of this routine, I’ll usually end with a series of quick-paced light jelqs or edging/masturbation to ejaculation.

However, once February starts, my plan is to not masturbate for the entire month. Also I’m going to try to stop relying on porn for pumping. How difficult will that be? Has anyone done it?

Any questions or criticisms are welcome.

2)b. Steady sustainable lengthening

Thanks for sharing this routine, man. I was looking for a good length routine and I will certainly try this one. And also thanks for the link of that amazing thread. I loved it!

Sorry for the delayed response, but would you mind linking me these items? I’d like to start water pumping soon, so I’ll be needing them.

Also, if anyone can give me an explanation on how to add water to my air pump, that would be very helpful. It is a MetalVac (or MetaVac, forgot the exact name) brass pump.

Cylinder (make sure you size it correctly, according to Gprent’s post):
Intimate Body Enhancing Methods for sale | eBay

Pump:
Brake Bleeder and Vacuum Pump Kit

Cylinder Hose Fitting:
McMaster-Carr

How do you add water to your air-pump, you ask? See the pump I linked - it comes with a liquid reservoir to catch any liquid that gets sucked up into the vacuum line (you just need to make sure it doesn’t overfill and water isn’t getting sucked into the pump itself). Basically, any air-pump can handle water as long as there is a place for the water to go, other than inside the pump. Your pump may have come with one of these as well.

Would it be possible for me to purchase only the pump and use the cylinder I already have? Or is the cylinder hose fitting required?

Does the cylinder have to be the specific one you linked?

Most of the nicer cylinders use the quick attachment hose fitting - so it really depends on the setup you use presently. That being said, if your cylinder just has a fixed, protruding hose fitting, there should be no reason why you couldn’t just connect the pump right to your old cylinder (but again, it really depends on the setup you already have).

If you already have a mityvac pump, all you would really need is a water reservoir spliced in the line between the cylinder and the pump. Again, the idea is that you just don’t want water getting into the pump itself, so the fluid reservoir is there to catch any excess water in the system. Maybe you could find a stand alone brake bleeding fluid reservoir (if you already have the pump and cylinder), and it would be much cheaper. Hope that helps!
