lengthening streches
I have been on my side in bed first thing in the morning with about 80% erection I take my hand from backside and pull my penis toward my butt and clamp down with my thighs .This gets streching from the base on up the shaft which is easy to regulate This feels better than sitting on it.I do the streches for 5 to 10 min total 25 min.This seams to be some good streches,also 50 pcs added in there.Has anyone else tried this routine ?
