Tunica Lengthening Routine

Hey guys I’ve been PEing for 3 months now. I’ve been focusing on only length gains right now until I hit my ultimate length goal of 8”. So far I’ve gained about 3/4” in length but it was from mostly lig stretches. I want to be able to get permanent gains so I don’t lose anything in case I take a break from PE for a while, and I feel that the best way to do this is by lengthening the tunica rather than the ligs. I’ve read it takes longer to gain length in the tunica, but if it’s more likely to provide permanent gains then I don’t mind the wait. I’ve been searching like mad to try to put together a tunica lengthening routine comprising of only stretches, but I can’t find anything. If any of the many members here on Thunder’s could help me create a tunica specific lengthening routine that would be AMAZING!!! I want minimal to no lig stretching and no girth exercises because my focus now is JUST tunica lengthening. I definately think its possible to do but this is a case where I would prefer someone with more experience guide me and/or give me a routine for this. Dwight, the only thing I can think of right now that would lengthen the tunica without increasing girth might be pumping, at less than full erection, in a cylinder just slightly larger than your girth. That, and the stretching that you mentioned. If you don’t want to hit the ligs, I guess you’d want to limit your stretching to straight out, not up/down/right/left or rotary. Even at that, I’m not sure that you wouldn’t increase base girth with that kind of stretching, as you might with hanging.

Thank you Lampwick. I would really like to keep it to some kind of manual stretching routine without any pumps or hangers if possible though. I suppose I was unclear about the no girth part. I dont mind if I get girth while on the routine because I eventually will be focusing on just girth once I reach 8” in length. I just don’t want to be doing any girth specific exercises like jelqing or clamping, unless those are going to be good for tunica lengthening also, becuase I dont want it to make it harder to lengthen my tunica until I reach my length goal. I need one more inch in length and I want it to be as much, if not all, from tunica lengthening rather than lig stretching. Once I get the extra inch in length I will then focus on girth exercises. So long story short, I need some help with manual tunica length stretches/exercises to put together a tunica specific length routine. If I add girth on the way thats fine becuase I will eventually be doing girth work anyways, but if I could get help with a list of tunica stretches/exercises or routine designed for specifically tunica lengthening that’s what I’m looking for. Again, thank you.

Just stretch upwards and use A and V stretches. I’m not promising that your ligs won’t be affected, but this should focus on the tunica more.

edit to add: I truly think you should just continue with what’s working, who gives a fuck where it’s coming from. Nothing is permanent…even a natural dick will atrophy over time without exercise and stimulation.

Ligs and tunica are attached: if one grows the other does too.

Maybe you could gain your inch by losing 10 or 20 pounds of weight…

You CAN stretch your ligs without lengthening your tunica. This can be seen by increases length without a decrease in distance to a fixed point on the body (belly button).

Dwight - maybe look into V-stretches and inverted V-stretches; they seem tunica specific - although I wouldn’t worry too much, the tunica ‘vs’ ligs thing used to be a hot topic withhangers, not so muc now I don’t think.

Ex. Your EL grows an inch, but you’re still 1/2 away from your belly button when erect…same as you were before you grew the inch. What happened? You stretched your ligs and exposed more inner penis (lowered your exit point)…you didn’t grow your shaft (tunica).

Ah I see - but is that penis enlargement or just lig lengthening? Or option three - harder ruler pressing.

But that would be a crappy type of ‘gain’ for sure wouldn’t it? :(

I was able to do that doing most of my stretching work from 9 to 12 o’clock.

Anyway I have always trained lenght and girth together, maybe in different days.

Dwight, from my experience the best tunica streches are two way streches. Search it up, and also look up on this bennett8’s thread:

Try a straight out stretch in the usual way, with you other hand, ‘pinch’ the base between finger and thumb. This puts all the stress on the tunica and none on the ligs.
