So I’ve given myself a little break doing some pumping here and there, but I want to get back on a routine. I’ve made some gain with the Newbie Routine and I’ve made gains through pumping.

Is there a routine that would be good for me to start back up again on since I’ve some what conditioned my penis though pumping and the Newbie Routine?

Also does the fact that I started pumping about 6 months into PE hinder the gains I could’ve potentially made

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but this seems like a complete newbie question and one I don’t expect to see from one of the sites moderators. Mainly because you answered your question yourself. What did you do and saw gains from it? Exactly. Go back to what you were doing that gave you gains.

As far as your second question, if you felt the gains had stopped from the newbie routine and you moved on to pumping, you didn’t hinder any gains. On the other hand, moving on to pumping when good progress was still being made with the newbie routine could have. Yet, it’s highly unlikely that you hindered any gains after six months of conditioning your penis well. And you say yourself, you saw gains from pumping.

You’ve had some deconditioning time. Your penis has rested. Start with what gave you gains in the first place.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

I’m not sure how long of a decon break you took but I’d start up again with the Newbie Routine. I’d take it nice and slow at first and gradually ramp it up from there.

I recently took a decon break of about a month due to an injury, came back with the newbie and started gaining pretty much immediately. I predict the same for you.

When you exhaust your newbie gains, then consider going back to pumping.

Well it’s a newbie question but it’s also a “learn it” question. By that I mean, I just want to know if there was anyone on the site who experienced the period of time off and found a new routine that worked after that period. But your absolutely right though, and I don’t mean any disrespect in my response.

I only ask the second question because I remember sometime ago reading a post where one of the members had stated that it caused their gains to slow down.
