The cool down and warming isn’t as much concerning me as the length of time after that your applying an ADS. An hour or two isn’t enough to prevent regressive healing. I would advise several hours if not all day to keep things stretched out lightly. When trauma is experienced by the tissues the healing cycle is going to be prolongated more than just immediately after, it is going to last for a significant amount of time and an ADS will make sure you don’t do any healing in the regressive or relaxed state.

That makes sense Monty. My schedule now usually allows for some stretching at work, then I apply an ADS all day until I go to the gym. When I get home I usually do a jelqing and possibly another stretching session. This afternoon session is when I’ll usually have enough time and privacy for a warm-up and warm/cool-down. I’m still working on waking up earlier so I can do the same thing with my AM session

I’m glad you posted Monty. I posted this question in an old thread of yours in the hanging forum but I was wondering what your recommendation is for wrap for the PE weights. Are there any picture instructions or videos because some talk about wrapping the weights themselves and everyone seems to have their own way. My current way is only comfortable with 3 rings for about 2-3 hours and then the weights and the wrap push forward. Any help from the guru would be much appreciated.
