I have a question for those of you who are doing dedicated girth routines. After your session is done do you use something to keep your penis in an engorged state for many hours afterwards? I’m getting a feeling that this might be a key to gains for me but any attempts at a girth wrap have resulted in a strange kind of engorgement. While using a wrap for the hours after a routine my penis seems to get a lymph like buildup, and the skin tends to bunch up around the top near the glans (my skin is somewhat loose) and this leads to a strange pseudo-engorged state that I don’t think is very beneficial. I am curious as to what you all use out there after your intense girth routines.

Yea that’s my problem, I’m having trouble doing any kind of wrap. Whenever I wrap it feels like I get weird lymph like buildup instead of real engorgement. I’ve looked at one of the threads from a while ago that dealt with this, but I’m still not sure about certain things like

How tight to wrap
Whether to wrap while hard, or not
Should the wrap be as small as possible so that it covers less of the shaft?
Does the wrapped area get restricted from growing?

Can anyone help?

1) Tight enough to get engorgement, not so tight to cut circulation
2) Wrap whilst flaccid
3) Doesnt make a difference I dont think
4) No

Does anyone know of any examples or pics (demonstrating) of wraping with the Ace or TheraP?

What you seek is an impossibility and totally unnecessary. Full engorgement cannot be maintained over prolonged periods and efforts to accomplish this state are not healthy for your penis. Your blood inlets and outlets are designed in a way that will not respond appropriately to tourniquet techniques (applied over long duration). Your efforts in this therapy are wholly ineffective and could cause harm.

I know a lot of guys believe in trying to maintain engorgement after your workout, but I am not one of them. I think the best thing after a workout is to rest in a natural state that allows normal free blood flow and the best recovery environment.

What will happen naturally, is the longer you continue to PE in terms of weeks and months, the longer your post engorgement will last and that is happening concurrently to the cementing of gains process.

One effective thing to do is end every workout with an erect massage and I like to do this with a cock ring on for max engorgement, but after the massage is over, take off the cock ring.
