Longtime stretching vs hard stretching ?

I dont understand this. Is it better to stretch the penis hard for a shorter amount of time, or to do very light stretching for a longer amount of time ?

I have a penimaster and I have been using it for a month without any gains. So, I was thinking, maybe I am using it wrong. Should I aim for adding a much rods a possible (stretching the penis as hard a possible) or should I just take it easy with the rods and try to just keep it lightly stretched for as long time a possible ?

From what I have heard, penis growth will happen when you cause mild damage to the penis tissue and it repairs it self. The way I see it, hard stretching probably would cause that damage faster, right ? Just like bodybuilding, if you want to build allot of mass then you should do a low amount of heavy reps.

Can anyone please explain this to me ? Also, does it make any difference if the penis is pointed upwards or downwards when wearing the penimaster ?

Do not stretch your penis to its utmost limit for an extended period of time. This will lead to injury.

The PenisMaster is useful to keep the penis in an extended state. When stretching ligaments one wants slow and steady pressure.

I would recommend manual stretching, with a little more force, for 30 seconds in each direction. After that put the PenisMaster on with enough tension to keep it extended.

You do not want to put huge stress on: enough force to keep it extended past its usual.

The other thing is: make sure your glans (the penis head) does not get cold. The PenisMaster can constrict the glans and cut off circulation. Do not allow this.

You will know this is happening when the glans is either cool to the touch or dark in color. When this happens, best to take it off, get circulation going (maybe throw in a few manual stretches) and then put it back on.

The idea with all of PE is to work with your body, not against it. Stretching the penis out is similar to stretching your hamstrings or learning to do the splits. Slow and steady. Gradually building up elongation and flexibility.

Too much too soon and you will get injured, have to stop and then start over from the beginning.

I will add that you will find people who respond better to the “strong force/low duration” regimen better, and others who respond to “low force/long duration”.

In the first group are heavy hangers. Many of the best gainers are hangers, but it seems that the most successful ones not only hang heavy, but do it often.

In the second group are the penimaster users (and other similar devices). People do gain using these, but a month is not enough time for most people, so don’t get discouraged yet.

I have not had great success with heavy hanging and manual exercises. Although these are the fundamental tools of PE, I think my problem was never having enough time to do enough of the exercises.

I now have a VacExtender, and I think the big advantage is being able to dedicate very long time periods to PE, even while you are going about your normal daily life. I hope it will work.

I think it is more complicated than that, because you can damage your penis, and it can heal without getting bigger! I think that is the problem with many heavy routines. People create a stronger, tougher penis that just resists further efforts to stretch it. That is why many people think that keeping your penis elongated with an ADS (like the penimaster) is a good idea even if your main routine is hanging or manual exercises. The theory is that healing while elongated creates length as a opposed to healing while shriveled up, which may only thicken the tissue but not add length.

Which is exactly why Mr. Happy’s advice makes so much sense:

About the glans getting cold when wearing the PM. I wear it for about an hour a time. My glans always gets “cooler” but never too cold. When wearing it, I touch the glans now and then too make sure that it doesn’t feel cold to the touch. I never allow it to get cooler than my hands. I have pretty cold hands though… I hope that the glans getting a little cold isn’t any problem ?
