You won’t believe what have just happened to me today. A few weeks ago I was a stable 7,3” BPEL.I was stuck in there for a few months.so I decided to change my routine.My first routine was: 10x1 inverted v stretches and some jelq for about 20-30mins 2days on 1 off. My new routine is based mainly on hanging: 3 sets of 15mins with 7 lbs (planning to increase it), some manual stretches at high tension and after that wearing at low tension my Captains wench device as an ADS for 2 hours.

So as I woke up this morning I was frustrated when I saw that my dick has decreased to 7,1 BPEL.What do you think hapenned?Why I not only don’t see any gains but the oposite?PlEASE HELP ME

And I even stopped jerking off due to see some gains

Slack, but for the past months I ‘ve been a stable 7,4 and it didn’t had any fluctuation.Since I started hanging less then 2 weeks ago, I can feel that my penis is more soft and a lot more longer in flaccid ,but not in erect lenght. Should I keep doing my routine or what?

Your overtraining man, take a few days (2-3 days) off with absolutely no PE whatsoever (other then traction wrapping and kegels), and after those rest days only do either manual stretching or hanging, not both! Your dick may shirval a little or look smaller when you are doing the compete PE rest days, this is ok, and just ride it, don’t worry to much about it just let your dick do it’s thing.

Next while PE’ing focus on getting a nice little fatigue/soreness in your shaft/tunica for tunica gains or the base of your dick where the pubes start to get lig gains whether you are manual stretching or hanging. Also do about 5-10 mins of jelqing before you hang or manual stretch making sure not to do to much making you overtraining and actually lose gains sometimes.

So you are saying that that I am overtraining?And why I shouldn’t do manual stretches and hanging both?I thought that after I’ve hit a wall the past few months , now I have to attack my tunica and ligaments very hard if want to see some gains.

When I hang, I can feel that my tunica is being stretched (because I’m doing inverted hanging to attack the tunica more).The problem is as I said that I can see that my penis is longer in flaccid lenght ,not in erect and I know that if I stop hanging it will go to “normal” (It’s because of my loosen tissues, soft longer penis but not permanent)

It must be some tiredness from the exercises try measuring in rest days.

I agree with 3x3eyes, although I don’t have a penis myself and there are others here better able to advise you. Sounds as if your penis was over worked with the added new exercise. Your erection was probably not as hard, thus giving you an inaccurate measurement.

Hmm it’s kind a strange to talk to a girl about this.I mean usually girls don’t know what I am doing.they only see results:)

Any way is it possible even to get smaller doing these exercises because of tiredness?

Trust me man, I know what I’m talking about… There are two basic approaches to making gains in PE. There is the light-routine (jelqing,hanging,ADS,manual stretching,etc) with a little rest in between each small lite intensity PE session (this is the way I currently do it, there are many reasons for that), and then there is the high-intensity routine where you basically try to do everything you can to fatigue/get soreness as much, then rest for a long time (much longer then the light-routine mentioned above, we’re talking days till most if not all the soreness/fatigue is gone in the shaft/tunica and ligs area) as possible to get big gains.

It is my sincere believe that both ways of gaining equal out as far speed goes for gains if either type of routine (light or heavy intensity) is done correctly with the proper amount of rest in between each session. I think it is when we rest is when we make our gains.

About the last question in your last post, I think it might be possible to get a little smaller by having a tired dick, but I am not exactly sure, it just means you need a day or two of complete rest with no PE.

Yeah, I think I know what are you talking about.from few days my dick not only look longer and soft but it feels very tired, like after having a lot of sex.in the same time I’m not jerking off which make things complicated.I stay semi-erect almost all day.Is that good for gains or not?

Yeah semi-erect sounds good.

A difference of .2 inches in erect length is probably normal for anyone depending on how much blood is in your erection, and does not necessarily mean you have lost size. Try checking your bpfsl, that should not change.
