Lying down = best kegels
I read in a large swedish newspaper the other day about kegels for women. It stated that lying straight down on your back gave you the best results.
The woman on the picture in the paper actually had a doctor standing beside her encouraging her to push harder. “Within a year, you’ll be able to hold it for two minutes!” Wish i had one of those doctors.
So basically: If you’re having trouble sleeping, try counting kegels instead of sheep. =)
