Basically I do manual stretches and edging with the magnets. When stretching straight out and down, I place the magnet in a very thin piece of cloth and press it right on the top of my shaft at the base(as close to the pubic bone as possible). However when stretching upward I place the magnet just behind the balls on the underside of the penis. I NEVER apply heavy pressure and only use one magnet(small cylinder shaped neodymium magnet).
When edging, I place the magnet on the underside of my penis just behind the balls. I do the stretches for about 10 minutes after warming up with a hot wrap, then edge for 5-15 mins.

I know the science says magnets don’t have an effect but plenty of people say they do so where’s the harm in trying it.
A cable clamp with magnets sounds pretty cool, hope it works for you. The neodymium magnet I use is a cylinder or rod shaped type. It has a pull force of 11.61 (according to the seller). It’s diametrically magnetized(the poles are on the curved sides - the north pole has a little dimple on it) I rest the curved side against the base of my penis with the north pole dimple pointed toward my pubic bone and the south end pointing toward the head of my glands.
I tried using magnets from home depot also, but because the north and south poles weren’t labeled I got a varied stimulus depending on how I placed the magnets. The cylinder magnet is SO AWESOME! I honestly can’t tell you if it’s just a crazy placebo effect or not but there is a SUPER difference between the cylinder magnet and the ones from home depot LOL.
