Manual Stretching And Jelqing

Is it a good idea to do manual stretching and jelqing close together or is it better to do them separately sometime apart? I would appreciate your thoughts on this.

One after the other as recommended in the Newbie Routine is what seems to work for a lot of guys.

Personally I do the stretching a few afters after jelqing, but thats because it’s more convenient.

I always jelqed after length exercises to compensate for the constriction of the blood flow during stretches.
