Marriage and PE gains

Marriage and PE gains

I’m just curious about this. I know three guys off the top of my head that are on this forum that seem to have sex frequently with their wives and they have gained consistently. So is it possible that a good sex life with someone you truly love could help with PE gains?

I’m not sure it physically helps PE gains, but I’m pretty sure it would help psychologically in helping you maintain a stringent schedule, which in turn helps with PE. It probably also improves your all around life style which again, in turn helps with PE. Just my .02

I can see where your coming from.

Maybe spending time with someone you love very much and have a good relationship helps keep your mood up and keeps you more positive meaning your all round more happy.

And we all know a happy penis is a penis which is more likely to grow.

From what I remember, when I was having consistent sex, my flaccid was much fuller and softer. I think a fuller flaccid and it being elastic and not hard is a sign of a healthy (and growing) penis.

Thanks for the input so far, guys :)

I noticed after some really good sex, I get the sore PE feeling, which I enjoy, never had this before PE. But also having sex is like edging, then an explosive orgasm. After that, fowfers.

I have no way to prove it, but I think that sex with my wife helps me gain for some physiological reason. This is only a strong feeling I have, and I wouldn’t be at all surprised if I was wrong.

I also think it is because of pheromones.

But no one here should think “Equine Rooster said sex helps gains”. I said I have an unprovable suspicion that it does, and no real actual proof to back it up.

This has been debated before I think. A search should bring up some threads.

It’s been my experience that the hardest I get is just before I cum during sex. The few times I’ve pulled-out to cum I was shocked at how hard and swollen it was - much more than I ever experience when masturbating. So part of my home-grown PE routine (much of which was developed before I ever discovered this site) is to sit in the hot-tub to warm up and do some stretches before warming-up to my wife for some fun. It’s my belief that the warming and stretching loosens things up allowing the peak engorging during sex to really expand on the effort.

BTW, I just found this forum a few days ago. Great info on here, thanks all!! I’ll be posting my home-grown work in the newbie forum soon.

I’m not married but I do have sex with my girlfriend regularly. I’ve read somewhere that by having sex consistently, it forces your body to constantly produce more testosterone. For me, I noticed that when I would go for more than 2 weeks without sex (or even masturbation) I start to lose my libido big time. I think that there is a definite correlation. So in my opinion, if this is all true, then the increased testosterone can only help. Right? If I’m wrong can anyone let me know? Because I kinda like my theory, it’s convenient. Haha. Good luck though bro.

Have Morning Sex

German scientists found that simply having an erection causes your circulating testosterone to rise significantly — and having one in the morning can goose your natural post-dawn testosterone surge. It’s a sure bet you’ll burn a little fat, too.

Simple natural ways to increase testosterone level

* Increased weight or obesity leads to increased estrogen levels. Increased estrogen lowers testosterone level. Hence try to shed excess fat. Do not fast or skip meals to shred excess fat. Once again poor eating habit reduces testosterone level. Losing 2kgs of weight per month is always ideal. * Do not take a diet which is very high in protein. Reduce carbohydrates, sugar and oil content in daily diet. * Regular eating habit prevents frequent fluctuation of hormonal level. * Exercise regularly. * Perform sex frequently specially in morning. Frequent sex reduces weight and increases testosterone levels. * Eat pea nuts, pea nut butter and olive oil. * Reduce alcohol intake * Relax and try to distress. Yoga and meditation help to reduce stress level.

That’s just two examples from a quick google.

Thanks for that sta-kool. Now I can actually cite that instead of saying “I read somewhere”. Haha.
