I used a clone-a-willy kit awhile back. Worked great. My wife can use it as a dildo when she wants, or can go for DP if she’s really in a kinky mood.

I’m hoping to use it at some point to check my progress… Don’t know if that will work, though.

Seems to be like it would work pretty well for a “before” and “after” PE. I thought about making one last year (?) I wish I had done it.
