Yes.

Get an 85% percent erection. Wrap the base with your thumb and forefinger and squeeze. Hold squeeze 20 seconds (maybe start with fewer).

I’d say try a couple or so next workout, they are very intense. Then you can add more as the weeks go by. I will warn you though it feels really good.

My base girth grows easily, even when I don’t want it to, through hanging and clamping. On the other hand, I have a feeling that even if I did lots of jelqing and pumping and clamping and squeezes and whatnot, my midshaft and upper girth would not budge (which is fine by me).

I’ve noticed good gains from hanging at the bast too, would not say it came easy though , I’m hanging 14lbs now. It’s not pain free this hanging business, the bib hanger has taught me that hanging is a pain, an effort and most certainly hard work, if you intend to put in the hard work time and effort not to mention pain, then you will see gains no doubt.
