More Girth Than Length

Anyone else growing more girth than length?
And I’m also having some problems getting accurate measurements I never seem to get the same numbers twice?

Start 5.5 x 3.75
Now 5.75 x 5.0
Goal 7 to 8 x 6

I was definitely an easy girth gainer. I quit actively PE ing a few years ago, but I’m pretty sure I could easily gain more girth. Length was always harder.

I find it very hard to gain girth. Simply the muscle down stairs is already worked hard. Any advice?

What kind of PE do you do?

Comparative to gains made, girth’s been much much easier than length for me. I initially started with lots of jelqing and ULIs, but now I primarily do nothing but pumping for targeting girth. But I pump A LOT.


Starting stats: 7.5" BPEL x 6.2" MEG

Current Stats BPEL: 8.2" [NBPEL: 7.6"] EG: 6.8" - Goal: 9x7 and beyond

My Progress Thread/Log

A lot depends on what your exercises are targeting. In an earlier phase I did jelqs and stretching and gained mostly length. In the past two years I have focused on girth, using mainly plumped bends, hand clamping, a lot of edging with kegels, and occasional pumping - this regimen has yielded steady girth increase, and I am still growing!

After 1 year of P.E. i got someting like 0.05” in girth which is total crap…


Starting messurements: 6.0 BPEL , 4.80 MEG ---- June/15

Milestone :7.1 BPEL , 4,85 MEG ---- June/16

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG

I’m hanging with weight and I pendulum forward and back then clock wise and counter clock wise.

That may have something to contribute to girth gain.

It is kind of funny. Some would kill for that girth thing. :-)

Do more stretching exercises.

Yes, take a long break and then do ulis, bends, edging and squeezes.

Pumping should also do the trick. Dry jelqing is very good for girth too although a bit of a balanced exercise.

Is there a limit as such to how much you can grow yourself or if you do it over years will your penis keep getting bigger? And if I stop will it shrink back to the original measurements?

If you stop you might lose some of your gains but not all.

That doesn’t mean you have to do a lot of PE, when you have the size you want. Only maintainance. We are talking some jelqs and some stretches, say 3 times a week for max 10 minutes. Anybody can do 5-10 minutes 3 times a week.

As for the limits, most men who will engage to PE and commit to it, say for 1-2 years, will probably gain an inch in length and anywhere from 0.2-0.5 in girth.

Beyond that IMO, you need more time, more equipment, more commitment.

We have people here who have gained 2 inches or more in length and 1 inch in girth but took them a good 5- 10 years on PE and a hell of a commitment.
