I think I overdid something in the past few days and now I have some kind of pain in my penis.

I did my routine for about 5 days and the day I was supposed to take a brake, I had sex for 3-4 times and did a little stretching also. The next day (yesterday) I did some mild jelqing (5-7min) and later in the afternoon I masturbated (for about 20mins - you can call it edging with a happy end).

In the evening I took a shower and thats when I firs noticed that I have some strange, not very local, pain in my shaft somewhere on the right side. First I thought my right nut hurts, but when I pressed on the right side of the penis, just under the glans, I felt the pain (with a slight delay). It only hurt when I press on it (even softly). Off course that night (with the pain) I had sex, again, for about 30mins, maybe more.

Now, the problem is I don’t know what caused this pain (jelqing, stretching, masturbating - that’s when I noticed the pain, or sex in some strange positions for the cock). I will stop PE-ing until this goes away but I don’t know if I should change my routine to less stretching (now 30min) or jelqing (10-15min).

The pain is not strong so it bothers me more mentally than physically.

Maybe your grip is to tight while stretching. I had a mild injury from that. Take a week off or however long it takes to heal completely, and maybe go a day or two with out any sex.

Yes, It sounds like your fine. Whenever I have sex for a long time my Dick hurts aswell. Masturbating added to the pain of overworking it. The jelqing and stretching probably contributed the least to your pain.

One simple reason is you are over training your penis. Two simple precautions : the grip while stretching and the both pressure and the side while Jelqing. Besides, no masturbation, no stretching and no jelqing… thus no PE for now, just take some rest :D

Most likely it’s from stretching. I do have a really tight grip but if I use a milder grip I can’t stretch it (it slips).

Use a piece of wash clothe wrapping around the penis where you place your OK grip. This might help your OK grip not to slip easily.
