How can anyone expect gains to be so permanent, and why so much reluctance to maintain something.. I mean, its hard work to EARN something but if your not willing to keep it, do you deserve it?

The hardest part about finding a career isn’t the career, its all the schooling. You’ve learned everything and done all the dirty work and now you aren’t willing to take a breather and maintain. I’m straying away from saying its your fault but did you expect a few years worth of PE to last you 25 years?

This post the OP started out with is a perfect example of a mind set one should not have in this dick pulling game, lol. It’s a lifestyle and anyone thinking you need to do 1 hour or more a day to gain at all are messed up.

The way I see it is when my goal is reached I will most definitely do a very light maintenance routine after having done a ‘cementing’ routine, we are dealing with live tissue here of course it will fade the same way it has ‘grown’ due to stress we have put upon it.

I’ve never encountered a loss of gains. Before I started PE I was 6.5 long and 5.25 (MS) - 5.0 (base) thick. After my first bout of PE I was 7.0 long and 5.5 (MS) - 5.25 (base thick). After 5 years I still had my gains and I never did any maintenance. My second bout of PE (as of two weeks ago) start with the exact same measurement as when I first finished. Although I have experience a .25” girth gain all around since starting back.

Wish I knew for sure. Since I have been on and off PE, I didn’t start at the newbie routine, I started off with a bunch of things and upped the duration/frequency/reps whatever. However, I have only used an ADS recently in my PE career. It could be that, or it could simply be my prior gains coming back quickly no matter the routine.

Here is what my routine was:

Morning:
ADS for 10 minutes with heat (warm-up)
Theraband stretch for 10-15 minutes, with heat.
50-100 Jelqs.

ADS for about 6 hours a day.

Night:
Theraband stretch for 10-15 minutes, with heat.
50-100 Jelqs.


B4: ?? 2019: 6.875" NBPEL / 7.5" BPEL / 5.75" EG

2/20: ?? NBPEL / 7.75" BPEL / 5.75" EG

Goal: 8" x 5.75", maybe coveted 8 x 6

Lifestyle.

Every day some PE just to keep what you have, if not to grow another 1/2 millimeter.

But then again, I’m the guy who cleans and polishes my dress shoes, detail cleans my roadbike and refrets my guitars.

And works out, watches my diet and so on.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
