My Loss of Gains is Nearly Complete :(

Hi Wad, you are probably totally deconditioned now. Who knows, maybe the 10 min newbie (with dry instead of wet jelqs) might result in decent gains? You are trying to reclaim gains you had before not just create new ones. It is true nobody knows, but I would bet that it would be easier for you to regain than someone trying to get new gains.

Wad, sorry to hear about the losses. But regarding privacy and time, have you thought about jelqing in the shower? I can get around 200+ wet jelqs in 10 minutes easily. I find it provides for a better hang for the rest of the day when I do. Also have you thought about doing piss pulls every time you take a leak? Again, another 5 minutes each time would not be questionable. If your kids ask why you take 5 minutes to take a piss tell them your prostate’s been flaring up. Doing something is better than doing nothing. Who knows, this minimal routine may recover some lost gains for you. Just because you made your gains with one hour per day does not necessarily mean you will need one hour to maintain them.

This thread brings up the interesting topic of whether cementing your gains is a valid theory. In my opinion there is no such thing as cementing your gains. Penis size is not static. It changes throughout your entire life. It is dynamic and this is one of the reasons we are able to make it bigger in the first place. Throughout puberty it grows to a fixed size that shrinks again as we progressively age. Show me an 80 year old man with a penis the size he had when he was 19; a rarity indeed.

It’s my opinion that had you not achieved your gains, your penis might have occured some loses anyway. In any case, a minimal routine (wet jelqing in the shower, piss pulls, etc) is still possible as long as you have the opportunity to be alone in the bathroom. It can only help.

I agree with some of the guys here, I do think you should at least try a very light routine. It sounds to me as if you have a high reluctance to do this, perhaps you simply don’t need a full hour workout as you think you do?

Could the quantity of losses be related to how you got the gains, I have been thinking about this because I have lost some size during 3 years of no PE but not as much as I have gained maybe like 3/16” in length and 1/8” in girth.

However I plan on starting again in January just to be sure to not keep losing.

Aren’t your losses caused by the fact you interupted sexual stuff for a long time. Dino said something about working really hard and neglecting his sexual life. He said this was the reason for his losses. (This is how I remember it.) There’s an old saying, if you don’t use it, you lose it. It’s not evolution’s way to conserve body characteristics that are not helping you survive.

I truely believe if you make gains and use your tool often you won’t have any losses.

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

This has also always been a huge concern of mine considering the time PE requires. To lose everything after dedicating so much to it seems like the biggest waste of time ever.

I also experienced a loss after at least 3 years of no PE. I may have lost as much of an inch or even more, but on the bright side I got it all back and then some. For others I wish I kept measurements, but it wasn’t too long to get it all back - maybe 2-3 months.

I started and never stopped. Thankfully I’ve never had to.

I just passed the one and a half inch length mark when I measured this afternoon, and I certainly wouldn’t intentionally stop just to see if I would shrink.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

This is awesome. Unlike some, I never for a moment believed in the sham of permanent gains, and always understood that, like weightlifting, we were in this for the long haul.

Taking a few years off with no ill effects is great news. It means you might be able to go on a two years on and two years off schedule.
