Wad, sorry to hear about the losses. But regarding privacy and time, have you thought about jelqing in the shower? I can get around 200+ wet jelqs in 10 minutes easily. I find it provides for a better hang for the rest of the day when I do. Also have you thought about doing piss pulls every time you take a leak? Again, another 5 minutes each time would not be questionable. If your kids ask why you take 5 minutes to take a piss tell them your prostate’s been flaring up. Doing something is better than doing nothing. Who knows, this minimal routine may recover some lost gains for you. Just because you made your gains with one hour per day does not necessarily mean you will need one hour to maintain them.
This thread brings up the interesting topic of whether cementing your gains is a valid theory. In my opinion there is no such thing as cementing your gains. Penis size is not static. It changes throughout your entire life. It is dynamic and this is one of the reasons we are able to make it bigger in the first place. Throughout puberty it grows to a fixed size that shrinks again as we progressively age. Show me an 80 year old man with a penis the size he had when he was 19; a rarity indeed.
It’s my opinion that had you not achieved your gains, your penis might have occured some loses anyway. In any case, a minimal routine (wet jelqing in the shower, piss pulls, etc) is still possible as long as you have the opportunity to be alone in the bathroom. It can only help.
