Are you supposed to get any effect from the stretch that you can observe besides the bobbing? Based on your first post, it would seem as if your glans would swell with blood, but this did not happen. My penis merely bobs and that is all.
Bobbing is the main effect you are trying for, it indicates your are contracting the BC and you aren’t over coming it with too much force.
Also, my penis will tug back all by itself, without me doing a kegel. Why is that, and does it happen to anyone else? I ask because I believe this could have to deal with my premature ejaculation. Perhaps there is a correlation between my premature ejaculation and my penis tugging back without me kegeling.
I think its a normal reflex many guys get. If you just squeeze the glans, many times it causes a involuntary BC contraction…all normal.
I have suspected for a long time now, that some PE exercises like jelqueing and clamping cause this involuntary contraction and actually is beneficial in that it makes the BC very strong and helps produce very good EQ.
This is what I believe is happening for guys that report getting rock hard erections from jelquing or clamping, but HAVEN’T done any kegels. I think it also helps explain why many guys don’t get the very high EQ from the same exercises, they don’t get that involuntary reflex contraction.
As far as contributing to premature ejaculation, I have heard other guys with that problem notice that their BCs contract involuntarily and it contributes to the problem. If that is so, then I would suggest trying to become aware of it and learn to relax it…it would probably help.
