My Routine...what do you think?

My Routine...what do you think?

5 minute warm up
3 10 minute clamp sessions with light squeezes
penimaster for 3 hrs/day

I do 1 hour penimaster stretch warm up, clamp, then 2 hours later in the day. From the more experienced PErs can I expect gains from this routine? So far it looks promising!

If you are just starting, this is probably too much. Clamping is supposed to be a pretty advanced and potentially dangerous exercise. How experienced are you?

Everyone love to see gains, but if it ends up by getting your penis injured, that’s serious and then it’s time for you to be scared. I know you don’t want that.

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Listen to all these people startingover1, they aren’t kidding around. Clamping is perhaps one of the more intense, and high injury risk forms of PE out there. To begin clamping not only do you need a well conditioned penis that is able to withstand the extreme pressures, but also a thorough knowledge of how your body reacts to exercises so you can gauge the degree to which you are stressing your dick. Both of these take time and previous PE under your belt, so just take your time, slow down and look to other methods, you will not regret it.

Try jelqing for two months, then add in squeezes such as ulis and horse440s for a few months after that, and THEN you can start thinking about incorporating clamping. To do so before that is to invite injury and erectile problems.

Hey slack, I got it. I believe he got what I meant too. Reading Clamping article is not about to encourage him to do clamping, I meant to ask him to read and find out the fact of WHEN, WHY and INJURIES of clamping and some other necessary information that he has to know.

By the way, thanks for emphasizing this point :)

thanks guys…I’ve been doing manual exercises for a few months before starting this routine, i know my dick can take it.

does anyone have a similar routine that they can share results? so far they look promising!
