My Routine

My Routine

Im currently doing 100+ Jelqs, Ulis, And DLD Bends this routine takes me about 30mins, ater my routine my dick looks fatter but this resides after 10mins or so is this a too quick recovery, i also looking for length so i do some manual strechs. Can i expect to gain using this routine or is it not enough. Can anyone offer any advice thanks.

Current Stats:
EBPL = 61/2”
EL = 6”
EG = 5”

Gains come from perseverance. Stick with it. You will modify your routine as you go and learn from experience. For now keep up the good work. Remember to hot wrap before and after.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
