My Routine
Im currently doing 100+ Jelqs, Ulis, And DLD Bends this routine takes me about 30mins, ater my routine my dick looks fatter but this resides after 10mins or so is this a too quick recovery, i also looking for length so i do some manual strechs. Can i expect to gain using this routine or is it not enough. Can anyone offer any advice thanks.
Current Stats:
EBPL = 61/2”
EL = 6”
EG = 5”
