My Top 15 Length Exercises – bon appétit

Admittedly, some of these exercises may well be “variations,” but they’re effective enough that I’ve included them separately….

(1) Bundled Stretches (at 12:00, 10:00 & 9:00 – alt. the direction of the twist)
(2) Tunica Fulcrum Stretches (with fulcrum atop base, then midshaft)
(3) DLD Blasters (with 100-kegel warmup, followed by 30-second kegel to begin)
(4) “A Stretch” (12:00, 9:00 & BTL)
(5) 2-Handed S.O. Pulls (max force – 9:00, 8-8:30)
(6) Standard BTL Stretches
(7) Rotary Cranks
(8) Erect Pulls (careful!)
(9) Erect Twists (even more careful!)
(10) Erect Twist & Pulls (need I caution you further?)
(11) Bundled Tunica Fulcrum Stretches (with fulcrum atop base, then midshaft)
(12) Opposing Pulls (grip near head, then grip firmly near base – pulling hands apart)
(13) Bundled Rotary Cranks (done with caution)
(14) Desktop Reverses (grip near head, with both hands, then lean down – carefully – bracing yourself against something stationary [i.e., “desktop”], then carefully back away, like you’re car is in Reverse)
(15) Lazy-Assed Stretches (“fowfers”)

And, of course, wet jelqs at only 50-70% erection, done straight down.
Obviously, don’t attempt to do all of these in 1 session. But the practical employment of these exercises, in various combinations, has jumpstarted even my stubborn length process.

When you do fulcrum stretches, do you put the fulcrum on the top or the undershaft?

I’ve recently just taken a 10 day break (after some good girth gains but no length) and I’m now looking for some length gains from manual stretching.

I have decided to go for a stretching only routine for a few weeks. I am used to a split routine with girth and length from before my break. Therefore I have decided to do a split length routine with ligs in the morning and tunica in the evening both about half an hour to 45 minutes. I will do some jelqing every other day or so (don’t want to lose my girth gains).
I noticed in one of your threads you talked about tunica work at higher angles. With my LOT at 9.00 what angle do you think I would be best to do my tunica work at(mostly a-stretches) ?

With you LOT (and now mine, btw), stick in the 10-12 range. I would use fulcrum stretches. Place the fulcrum atop your dick, at the very base, then pull upwards…..and pull like hell. Alternate hands and alternate fulcrum points (from base to midshaft). And yes, throw in A Stretches as well, but at 9:00 or higher. Going too low will emphasize ligs more than tunica.

Also, do bundled stretches at 11:00-12:00 - and pull hard, alternate twist directions.

Thanks wadzilla. I’ve another couple of questions if you have the time(or anyone else).

Do you think using a thin fulcrum(i.e your thumb) is better than using a thick fulcrum(i.e. your wrist) ?

What grip aid do you use ? I now use latex gloves which provide great grip but cause my head to dry and cause mild discomfort. I’m torn between latex gloves with moisturising cream or resorting back to talcum powder.

How do you rate a warm-up for stretching ligs/tunica ? I’m focusing on good warm-ups before stretching at the moment but I’ve heard opposing opinions elsewhere.

(1) I often just use my thumb as a fulcrum when pulling upwards - it works fine.

(2) For grip, I use either talcum or those rubber gloves I’ve described (not surgical gloves, but household cleaning gloves).

BTW, my father’s side of the family is from Scotland also - the Highlands.

Erect pulls

I thought that erect pulls wouldnt yield any gains. Is this true or have you had some success with these? and if so, whats your technique?
