Negative points of a decon break

Guys that a decon break it’s a necessity after to much time on PE this I have no doubts, but this days because of to much partying I stay away from PE, more or less 5 days, and the same happen to me when I got my 2 weeks break, my flaccid has shrink, my unit have lost some size (mainly on girth), I have less veinage and even my balls look smaller, anyone has noticed that too? If things are this way I have to PE for the rest of my life to have a well-hung, good flaccid dick.

Another thing it’s there any specific way to cement gains?? My girth gains come easy and go away easy and I have no idea what to do. Thanks!

Sorry Phyriel - I understand your ‘pain’ but there is one thing I do not understand and need to ask. What kind of ‘gains’ that were if you have lost it after two weeks of break? I do not want to ‘push on you’ but with all respect- gains that are being lost were not any ‘real gains’ in my opinion.

But this is interesting-you seem to represent group of PEers that feel better when PEing on daily basis…while I stand at the opposite end with people who need a lot of breaks to see any gains. Interesting how we all may PE, get results and differ so much. Guy who will first understand and explain how penis grows should get a Nobel prize immediately! :)

Just started into my second month of decon. As of today, I have lost 3/8” length and almost 1/4” in girth.
As for the gains being “real”, I had been at the same size for over 3 months.

I hoping it comes back rather quickly.

I know I have gained because of my GF feedback who didn’t even know about PE and also with object comparison (like paper toilet) and this gains mainly on girth, come and go to easy get it?? I want to know the “why” on that and also it’s there something I can do to this stop.

I know this is wrong and I should “fix” this but I am far more confident if I am PEing! I don’t know, I see my dick huge and don’t fit even the half on my GF mouth and all that thing that we love.

I believe you :) But my question was different. I always wonder in such cases if there are ‘real gains’ or only penis is able to be ‘longer’ due to increased flexibility of tunica. For me these are two separate things-penis can become more ‘flexible’ but I do not consider it as a gain. ‘Gain is a gain’-not temporary increase of elasticity. Do you feel those gains were due to increased number of new cells or increased elasticity?

In the two months that I’ve been PEing I’ve never taken a break more then 3-4 days but I feel the biggest (Or at least measure the most gains) after a couple days off when I had a solid week without a break. I guess some healing is necessary to get a good measurement. That’s for me though. I believe everyone’s body is different.

My favorite session is the first one back after a two day hiatus. I actually feel anxious by the third day to start making my dick even bigger. HA

Welcome to the club :) So you are one of those guys like me and we stand on the ‘other end’ of the PE population. I can PE, hang-do whatever you need and I will see only small gain at the beginning. After that the more I push the less gains I see. I have to take a break and my gains come by their own :) When I was pumping, hanging, stretching- all gains were visible mostly on Mondays, after weekend break :)

I totally agree with you. I think the best time to measure and see good results is after a couple of days off. That worked for me many times.

I have pondered this myself many times. I wonder if newbie gains are just maximizing the elasticity of the tunica?

So as you can see disi I am not that way, you misunderstood me, I find breaks very important, what I am saying it’s that when I take a break MY dick change too much, to the point where I feel shame about show him off you get it?? Another things, it’s there any way to prevent specific to cement gains??

Apparent flaccid gains are often due to swelling, which is a result of the “controlled trauma” of PE. Give your penis a break from PE and the swelling goes down. Simple as that.

Short breaks allow my penis too much time to heal and it becomes to toughened.

Long breaks allow my penis to somewhat revert back to a weaker, malleable state.

For me, I think they key is to work without rest until my penis reaches this point of toughness (healing does occur even during times of stress) and then take a long break.

Edit: Still speculation at this point as my penis has failed to grow in many years. Nonetheless, this “feels” like it has the best potential to work for me.
