Started september 2004: BPEL 6,1" and EG 5,1" September 2006: BPEL 7,5" and EG 5,5" My longterm goal: BPEL 8,5" and EG 6"

It is different from an uli because you have a really hard erection when you clamp and then you hold that clamp until the penis starts getting softer. If you do this exercise without the abdominal flex you will notice that your penis will not stay as hard for the same amount of time.

Personally, I think this exercise has some merit. I am going to try it out tonight. My only question is: Why didn’t you call it clajelstring?

All I am saying is that this exercise added new growth for me and gave me a harder stick. Now, try it out and if it does not work for you then bag all you like. If on the other hand your dick grows an inch in a week then let me know so I can patent this f@@%$# exercise and make some $$$::) )

Yes, this exercise should add length and girth.
It is not for guy’s new to PE.

Sounds good Quatt: I do basically the same routine, but dry, and with the use of a clamp.

Clamp, jelq the clamp,
Pop the clamp and dry jelq
Then end session with a good stretch. I too find it hard to get a good stretch when lubed up. Never thought of working the abs while doing this though. Have to give it a shot. Thanks

Very interesting. It seems that the ab component might actually also be in part a kegel, no? You’re saying without that ab flex you go soft faster, so I’m thinking you’ve got to have the pelvic floor (BC muscle) engaged as well - in order to continue to add blood to the erection.

I have never really been into kegels and working the pc and bc. All I know is that when I flex the abs in this routine it makes my veins pop out more than without doing it. Also, while flexing abs during the jelqing and stretching part of the exercise I end up with less of a doughnut ring and the stretch is better.

I am definitely going to try this out after February! Thanks for the great new PE exercise!


Start (Aug.05): 6.6 BPEL x 4.375" EG

Now (Feb.2011): 8.6" BPEL x 6.0" EG...

Gains: 2.0" EL x 1.625" EG Way more than doubled my erect volume! PE for life. Anything is possible!
