New Routine

Hey board, I’m a firm believer in PE. I have gained about an inch in length in my first year. I have hit a plateau and trying to spice up my routine a little. My newest routine is a 2 on 1 off cycle but on my first on day i do intense stretching jai and dual fulcrum. Then i finish off with at 10 minute manual jelq. Then My 2nd day I do Jai then i do horse squeezes for 5 minutes then 5 minutes of Ulis. I definately look a lot bigger after the workout than i did with my other workouts. I’ve been at it for about 2 weeks and I’m feeling bigger. I will measure April 1st and fill you in on my progress. Right now i’m at 6 NPBEL i’m wanting to get to 6.75in NBPEL and about 7.25 BPEL.

Perhaps part of your stagnation is from not capitalizing “I” where appropriate. See my sig. The curse is very powerful. Our voodoo doll is wincing in pain, but I suppose most anything with a pin stuck up its ass would do that. ;)

Odd as it seems, I’ve had my best length gains when also doing girth exercises. Maybe blowing it up and then stretching it out is the key for some of us.

I’m sorry about that I was just in a hurry and didn’t have time to edit it before I posted. But I agree with blowing it up b4 stretching. I’m thinking that in maybe 3 or 4 more weeks switching my days up so I stretch hardcore uli and Horse squeeze day 1 then stretch and jelq day 2. Would something like that switch my routine up enough?

I was soooooooooooo worn out from my consecutive workouts that tod I stayed flaccid for 2 hrs after my workout. Is this kind of fatigue normal and if it is should my goal to reach this point of exaustion after working out each day?
