New Routine
Hey board, I’m a firm believer in PE. I have gained about an inch in length in my first year. I have hit a plateau and trying to spice up my routine a little. My newest routine is a 2 on 1 off cycle but on my first on day i do intense stretching jai and dual fulcrum. Then i finish off with at 10 minute manual jelq. Then My 2nd day I do Jai then i do horse squeezes for 5 minutes then 5 minutes of Ulis. I definately look a lot bigger after the workout than i did with my other workouts. I’ve been at it for about 2 weeks and I’m feeling bigger. I will measure April 1st and fill you in on my progress. Right now i’m at 6 NPBEL i’m wanting to get to 6.75in NBPEL and about 7.25 BPEL.
