Newbie has concentric circles

I just started PE a few weeks ago, and now I have perhaps 10 red concentric circles going around my penis, as if they are stretch marks. Is this a sign of growth? Anybody else get these? Do they fade or go away?

I have them too wangchung, I think it could be skin stretch. But either way your skin must stretch in order to accomodate that big ol’ snake that’s going to be occupying it.

Mine start at the base and go up about halfway.

I have started noticing it more myself…maybe a vet can chime in.
