Newbie jelq routine

Heh guys long timer here without much consistency.. So I am now 2weeks into a jelq routine doing between 500/1000 per day and some sets are done in the steam room to add extra heat to the mix.

So far so good.. Flaccid length is nice.. Give it another two weeks and will check to see if any erect gains have been made.. I have a feeling that its yes.

Also have been avoiding ejaculating and find this helps with the flaccid hang also.

Any comments/advice appreciated!

Heh mate not really the reps in the steam room are where I can really push it.. Normally I max out at 500 jelqs and rarely do I jelq at 100% erectness

Gains

K so I am prretty sure I am making gains as it stands
Has been three weeks now. 75% consistency with the jelqing.. Much of it done with heat in the steam room.
My base girth is looking fatter than the main shaft and seems to have been drawn out ie the inner penis.
Last night after session.. Top side of penis ligs were a bit sore (fine now)
Will add a bit of vac hanging at some point.. Maybe a weeks time.
Tried the angion method with the cupping and thumb technique last night this could be attributed to the soreness!

So one more week fo make it a month then will see if I have made and BPEL gains.. I am looking for about .25 in length and the same in girth.

As for flaccid gains I feel as tho I am hanging slightly fatter and longer for sure.

Will keep this thread updated and see what next week brings!

In terms of natural sups
Pomegranate seeds from the fruit. Need to get back on the fresh juice
Fresh squeezed oj
Aloe vera gel
Moringa seeds

To start up again
Shilajeet: boosts test by 20%
Marine phytoplankton

Plus drink more water

I would say that, by definition, if you’re doing 500 to 1,000 jelqs, then you’re (likely) doing it wrong. Jelqs are slower and less frequent. It’s better if you concentrate on a few good ones rather than on knocking out hundreds.

At the very least, you’re going to run into skin chafing problems.

Is it okay to ejaculate after and before jelqing?

What’s “skin chafing problem”?

Heh thanks for the advice yes I agree better to go slower and in a more controlled manner.

Also I seem to be getting strange stinging in my glans from time to time.. Not sure if its related to jelqing?

Hey guys , am planning to dedicate in jelqing and some PE techniques !

Can anyone guide me through the basic jelqing session , like how to start with stretches etc ?

Also does jelqing produce girth results?

So when does results start to appear ? (Am.curious you know :p )

Also am ready to dedicate to it !

Best thing to do brother.. Take a ruler measure before starting.. Jelq for a month.. Wait to see results.. Only way mate

500-1000 reps as a newbie would probably make your penis sting….by the way it’s not normal for your penis to sting only feel heavy and slightly fatigued.

By chafing, I mean rub your penis raw.

When I jelq my head gets bigger, but not the rest of the penis, and it penis actually seems smaller then usual. Is this normal in order to get gains?
