No gains after 8th week of Proper PE

It really annoys me on this place where I see threads like “1/2 inch gain after only 2 weeks!”, “Reached my 8” target in 10 weeks”. How the hell do these people have such good luck?? I’ve been PEing for about 2 years now after I found a little thing on a website one day. I thought, what the hell, I may as well try it - what have I got to lose? Initially I was too young and busy to get the free time necessary in order to do the whole routine proper. But now in my last year of school, I actually get a little free time to just PE.

My routine is very simple:

5 mins extreme stretching under very hot water.
10 mins dry jelq.

All of which done in the shower each night/morning.

However this is my 8th week of doing my routine properly. But where I see guys having a great time gaining anything up to a whole inch in that time (namely Xtroop - no offence mate), I’m not gaining a millimetre. Nothing. If anything I actually lost a little length since my last measurement…

What am I doing wrong? My routine, despite being a little on the compact side is reasonably similar to most guys. I do it 6 days on 1 day off, and always keep up my PE commitment. So why is it not working? I’d be interested in finding out if any other guys are having the same problems as I. The whole seeing other guys gain away, with me left standing here gainless, turning into one of the “little” guys, is really depressing. I’m beginning to lose faith in the PE stuff, and am going to need a miracle to change my mind.

Most guys don’t get fast gains for the 1 guy that does and posts about it there are a 100 who don’t get fast gains and don’t post. Nobody crows when they don’t have something to crow about.

How old are you, guys in there 30’s will usually get a fast gain with reclaimed size young guys don’t.

Also you may have to add to your routine and adjust it, when something don’t work you did to try something new.

Your on this 8 weeks? well 10 minutes jelqing is not enough and you should be doing much more but im no expert.

Jelking doesn’t do jack squat for me. I have found that I need to do either squeezes or Ulis for girth, and stretches for length. And I need to do at least 30 minutes a day of each (an hour a day total) if I’m going to gain anything. 5 minutes or 10 minutes of each won’t cut it.

For you to give up PE just because you’ve tried one single routine and not gotten results would be a shame. There are so many other exercises, methods and routines that you ‘t given a fair chance to yet.

Up your routine. Do 10-15 mins stretching, then 15+ mins jelqing. Don’t stop working out!! :)

I’m 19 in a couple of months (Jan 6 to be exact). I still don’t get much free time, so 15 mins total session is all I can manage and thats in the shower each night.

As I understood it when I started lurking this site and reading everything I could find related to technique, this process is supposed to take YEARS, not weeks…

Patience is its own reward; however, in this case the reward is doubled by a bigger dick. Stick with it.

People say it takes years, but I can’t see how these guys (most of which are my age) get through 1/2” in the space of a number of weeks. Take Xtroop for example (sorry to keep bringing you up, but you’re my prime example) - He’s gained huge amounts in an extremely little time. He’s also continually gaining. Not only that but he’s got everything I’ve always wanted - bigger dick, great body, great relationships with girls. I just hate my shitty self.

If this was easy, we would all be 10x7.

Why are you doing your routine in the shower? Is this your only private time? Do you live with your parents? My first thought would be to move your exercise location to a nice chair where you can be comfortable and concentrate better on the task at hand. (Task in you hands—couldn’t resist!)

I would consider changing to a wet jelq. 10 minutes jelq for me is just warm up. I would go at least 20, and when you get used to that, bump it up to 30. You are trying to change a body part! It requires more time per session then you are giving it.

Be thankful you are starting out where a lot of guys want to be. 7.5x5.5 ain’t bad.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

In my worthless opinion, increase your time and reps, do a few uli’s and horse440’s at every so many reps and keep up the stretching. If you have enough privacy consider buying a Powerjelq. You can find them at I own one I do not own the company or receive anything for the free plug. It gives you the ability for a great stretch and is easy on the hands and arms. Some guys cant say a good thing about the Powerjelq but it is part of my routine every week. For me I really believe that stretching has given me whatever length I have gained not jelqing. But that’s just my two cents worth.

Good luck and stick with it. Be grateful, most guys would give their left nut to end up with what you are starting out with.

I gained quickly at first at ~30 years old. It wasn’t reclaimed size, as I had never been that big before. It was more like those early months brought out my existing unexpressed potential. Perhaps some weak limiting factors were constraining my dick, and only mild PE was required to break through them. After that initial period progress has been much more difficult. Doable, but takes a lot of work and even then gains are unpredictable.

Mongoose, you’re starting at a good size already, and damn lucky to even know about PE at your age. BTW, 7.5 x 5.5 is my goal (was originally, thinking 8” now). I’ve been at this 2 years as of today and still have a long way to go.

Cheer up. Think in terms of months and years. If you truly want a bigger dick, you’ll find/make the necessary time and stick with it until you succeed.

I gained about 1” in length and 1/2” in girth in 5 months. You have to be committed to PE for it to work and it really does. I was a skeptic at the beginning too.

Definitely add Uli’s and possibly Horse440’s to your routine and increase the time on your Jelqing. I also use the Penimaster, which, I believe has helped me with quicker results. I just ordered the Bib Hanger and will include that in my routine soon.

I do at least an hour when I do workout. 15 minutes just isn’t enough to give you the gains that xtroop is getting. How long do you think he spends a day working out?

Like most things in life, you get out what you put in. Make time for PE, and it WILL pay off :)

I gained about an inch in 11 weeks, but I work at it hours a day. Its take time, loads of time. It’s cool sure and I am grateful, but loads of time. You have to go batman on this noise. PE when and where you can, and do so covertly.

I know you will gain, adopt that attitude and results will come to you.
