No idea what I did?
So i posted a little while back about losing my PIs. Well I started using a lighter grip during jelqs and a longer warm up and was hanging much longer and plumper than ever. Then I took a rest day and came back doing everything the same and now I feel like my flaccid is back to the same original girth maybe even a little thinner. The only thing that was different was my wrap was a little hotter. Can anyone steer me in the direction to getting things back on the right track? By the way I’m into about my 3rd week of actually doing the newbie routine correctly. As always thanks for the help.
